    Great video, Linda! With work from home, just getting outdoors seems to help quite a bit, especially during the workday. A quick walk or jog is perfect to break the monotony and get back to work a little more refreshed and creative.

      yes we get good blood circulation with walking. outdoor is the best ice breaker for me. even if it was just walking the dog for a few minutes.

    Great video Linda! I have been dealing with COVID fatigue lately. Also it was announced today that Health Canada has approved the Pfizer COVID vaccine which is great news and gives us hope!

    Not what I call covid fatigue. I have long covid - my main symptom is fatigue, it's not a feeling it's real

      If you feel fatigued. Then yes, it's a feeling. It's sucks, is real its a horrible feeling.

    Tip #1: Stop telling yourself that you're fatigued.
    Tip #2: Clean up the inside mess before anything else.
    Tip #3: Focus on the here and now.
    Tip #4: Embrace self-loving energy everyday.
    Tip #5: Write it all down.
