I live in Dubai. Even we are planning to move back. Reason is family, we want our kids to grow with there family. We can meet them frequently in India and enjoy festival and functions. Also, we can enjoy winters in north India. I delivered a baby almost 2 yrs back and I don t have social life. I totally agree with you. Also, our parents need us. They are growing old.

Delhi- NCR is polluted and has high crime rate. You may consider moving to South India if at all you feel like moving. Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/ Hyderabad etc. Due to globalisation and low cost of businesses India is likely to get more opportunities in near future

I can feel you both. Really sorry to hear about your dad. I know in this emotional turmoil, you guys must’ve been thinking what is right? But, when you take the decision, do keep in mind that what your parents did for you…..you are now doing that for your kids. Giving them a better life, a global exposure, that India certainly can’t provide right now.

I think one should think practically and not emotionally or else you guys are going to have regrets later,i know many people who did the same in this situation and all of them are regretting their decision. What i would do in your case is convince my extended family to come to Dubai instead of going back to the home country that lacks basic things and ofcourse taxes are ridiculously high in India since the Modi government came.

Yes if you take an emotional decision and return to India you are definitely going to regret.. taking care of parents is fine but India lacks a lot of things and those will bug you daily. Feelings are special when you meet friends n family for a month but once you move and it becomes a regular deal it might not feel that special.

U both are so generous and humble people and i like you both so much
My advice would be....money matters but you both have already crossed this milestone and i know you both are financially independent and when you can afford good life in Dubai, then you can live luxurious life in Delhi NCR....with family enjoying all seasons, festivals, chilling with relatives friends social gatherings and all.
Money is not priority for u both now.
Anyway whatever tax, facilities wont matter to you now because these are middle class cup of tea.
You are now High class people and can happily live in India.

I adore you guys and appreciate your decision. Everyone has their specific reasons to leave their own country. It’s a very difficult decision. I had commented on one of your video 2 years ago about moving to UAE vs Europe. I eventually moved to the UK last year and secured job here. It’s still a constant internal fight between staying here further and moving back. But I think the major deciding factors between staying in:
    1. Europe/UK/Canada vs UAE is PR, if you stay in the Europe for a longer time they accept you as your citizens and give you equal rights (I’m not talking about a minor racism here and there, by the way at present India too is facing these kind of issues targeting specific communities).
    2. Between India at present and UAE/Europe I feel the major reasons which holds you back out of India are security, law enforcement, judiciary, corruption, safety of kids, police, crime, safety of women, infrastructure.
At the end it’s very subjective and depends on person to person/family to family, and what their preferences are, yes one’s country in which they are born and spend their childhood can’t be equal to a new country but we all have to make tough choices in the hope of a better life. All the best for you guys. May Allah make your decisions easy and satisfactory.

Jo jald paisa bana chahte haen woh hi Dubai ya ME countries jayen.
Very clean life in ME by every means.
Its wrong to say u are enjoying your life in India better than ME. Ask your kids who are grown up in ME. Difficult to convince them to move to India for settlement. Even on vacations with kids, kids within one week feel bored n force parent to depart.
Every thing avaiable in ME but at some value.
We think cheap there compared to India.
My experience in ME for thirty-three years sacrificing for parents, relatives, festivals, functions.
I moved to Oman when i was drawing rs 400 pm to reach 8,00,000 pm in 33 years after a great energy n hard work.
    Now back in India.
This couple gives there views after minting money n has made base n now feel India is better place to have future rest of life.
Those want to make life, pl move out of India sacrificing your liking for your country.
Gulf has remained not the same of 35 years. Now labourers made the way skilled high handed jobs.
Many entrepreneurs living India to settle in Gulf why? big question mark.
Life is pleasant by every means, mix culture, happiy living n understanding in different religions, perfect law n order, no bias, no corruption n non inteference of any kind.
    This is odd thinking people.
Please dont misguide n spoil the name of friendly countries where u made your fortunes n when stomach is full u start abusing greatness of welcoming countries.

Definitely i relate to this video and therefore i will comment. First thing first, Whatever decision you make, make sure you both are fully aligned to it. If you both are fully aligned , no matter where you live all things can be managed chutki mein. Secondly, in my personal opinion, you are answerable to kids from perspective of providing them the best education/upbringing/environemnt possible within your means. We can sacrifice our career for our parents but can we also sacrifice the quality of upbringing/education/environment of our kids for our parents ? Need to think deeply on this. All the best !!

Practically I think Dubai is the best city in the world as I had travelled half of the world. You may come back to India for a change.. But I think now you should think about your kid's future. I am proudly Indian but Education System over here is completely business. So try other countries where you can give best education to your kids and for their future. You can also ask your parents to visit Dubai or other countries for some months and for a change you can also come back to India on festivals.
Other idea is if your looking for business then India is best market to do business, but again re-think of your kids education.

Try adding some spiritual practices in your life. This way it will take away this inner emptiness which will be there all the time in whatever corner of the world you live. Even if you live in India, you will feel it after a point because this is the nature of life. You may have all- family, wealth but still after a point you will feel inner emptiness. And the ONLY way out is in via some spiritual practices

Very sorry to hear d loss of ur father Nikhaar. Heartful condolense from my family. However, ur decision of coming back to India is totally wrong. You both need not spoil ur career by coming back. You need not live for ur parents. Its ur life. Aur sabse se badi baat... India ab vo India nahi raha jo tum chhod k gaye thhe. Hindu muslim politics ne desh ka bhaichara khatam kar dia hai. Yaha amir aur jyada amir ban rahe hai aur garib aur jyada garib ho rahe hai..😢 mat aao vapas.

Don’t listen to anyone! You should leave Dubai & move back to India. Money you can earn later as well. Also you can earn good in India as well if you have talent. Go back & be happy!

If we consider the case where we are earning well in Dubai, and think of bringing parents to Dubai, how is the medical infrastructure in terms of cost? Does health insurance take care of everything like that in India?

I was in London for 10 years. Recently I moved Back to India bcs of social life and family. But I think dubai is quite similar to india so you must stay there n think about twice before move to india. Bcs india is very different life then abroad .while in other hand india economy growing rapidly fast compare to other countries. So it's really tough decision to make.

Dubai is only for people who are rich and do not have to check the price tag before buying anything. If you go there for a job as a middle class person then it is better to stay in India. Yeh sab pehle sochna tha Jane se pehle. Real reason is the cost of living in Dubai hoga. Please don't mind.
