There are still a few places where you can smoke over dinner country wide... found two in Tokyo around Ochanomizu & Kanda last Xmas - top spots - safe to say smoking spots with great food, tend to have the nicest in-store staff & friendly customers U can meet... bonding in the marginalized activity of fine food, lush (rare to find - speaking Saake) drinks, a sly smoke and some fine conversation.. Smoking hotels - one for another day ;-)
