So cool! I wish they'd remaster some of these old videos so i could see in better quality. Also cool is I never knew metal was remotely related to classical music until I found your channel Aaron. I love learning about it! BoA is a solo artist, still active as a solo artist and as a member of Got the Beat, SM's super girl group, and now a director at SM Entertainment. She would probably be worth a deep dive week. She was massively popular at her peak. I haven't checked out much of her stuff yet but when Got the Beat came out last year I checked out her most recent album and I think it's great. Her voice is so unique.
It would make it interesting now to have a metal band backing some of the artists. TVXQ actually made it work, they were the kings of multi genres. Fun fact about Boa is that she and Yunho are best friends. He used to be a rapper and one of her backup dancers before TVXQ was formed.
If im not mistaken, before TVXQ! was formed, yunho was the rapper and backup dancer for DANA not BOA. Yes yunho did a feature dance in one of BOA's song "ONLY ONE" but not before debut.
Jungmo the guitarist from Trax used to have a duo with Heechul from Super Junior called M&D. Heechul wrote the songs and Jungmo composed them and played most of the instruments. They did all kinds of music, but they had some rock tracks. No Dap was probably the hardest, but there was also Close Ur Mouth and Banana Shake. They also made a couple of appearances on Immortal Songs that were pretty awesome. Spring Days of My Life with Bae Giseong is my favourite. th-cam.com/video/o1X-cnOi7yo/w-d-xo.html
@@Killdeer25I'm not sure about metal cred lol, although Jungmo is a fantastic musician and both he and Heechul love rock music. Immortal Songs is a tv show where idols and musicians sing versions of extremely popular older Korean songs.
@@Killdeer25 No lol although Bae Giseong the older musician who sings with them has a great metal voice. If he'd grown up anywhere but Korea, he probably would have been fronting a hard rock band.
Fun fact, Yoshiki of X-Japan was producer for TRAX during their debut.
Ohhhhhh! Very interesting!

They have remastered a lot of the MVs but the demand is always for lives.

oh thats way cool of her to feature! I wonder what that would look like to see a metal band back them up

Oh thats way sweet! Immortal? If it's the same Norwegian black metal band, that immediately gives credibility to anyone in metal.

Gosh the good ol days lol I wish Changmin and Jaejoong did like a subunit of rock. Or that old TVXQ did more rock like songs
That would've been sweet right?
