As much as I like the performances here, I can't think of this as anything more than sentiment. You might as well be asking for people to be robots. But anyhoo, do you have a digital audio recorder of some sort, Ram? You could adjust its input (most have limiting features) to handle the decibels and then sync that with your video.
Definitely look into a recorder of some sort. Some like Zoom's H1n let you mount it to a camera (via a hot shoe adapter, sold separately). You'll gain the benefit of getting more looks than you're already getting. :D Those things record sweet, sweet audio.
You're still using the Lumix GH5 with the Beholder EC1, aren't you? If you were to use something like Zoom's H1n, it certainly wouldn't get in the way if the EC1 was held up. I don't know about other angles, though (like bringing the EC1 down to the ground). The recorder's about 5.5 inches long with the tripod mount midway.

No, I don't have. I set camera sound to lower level and auto-limit was enabled. Looks like -12db was not enough.

It's not possible to mount it on camera on gimbal. If it will be not on camera stereo sound will not follow camera turns properly.

Unfortunately gimbal vertical adjustment is at the limit, so adding anything heavier on the top will make it impossible to balance.
