If you get a cat, you can ask for a cat that gets along with dogs. Unless you have a cat just show up to your house and you adopt the kitty.
One of my sisters had a cat living under has two cats that showed up about four months apart. And she used Jackson Galaxy videos to encourage them to come into her house and settle in their new home.
So if you get a cat, Jackson Galaxy videos are great for training cats, and learning more about them. The Kitten Lady, Hannah has great tips too.
