- Early Spring. The Philadelphia Scooterist Club sets out for our first big ride of the season. While heading through Manayunk and Philadelphia's Main Line, I celebrate my first year on my new bike, and make a big announcement on my plans for the year. Without warning the club experiences its first member crash, an act that rallies us together in mutual cooperation.

That AK is like an elephant in the room. Having said that, the cute little purple bike/rider got my attention!!!
Those grips on high put out some heat before the upgrade and would burn up some grips.
Glad she and the Primavera? were ok.
That was some beautiful scenery.
I wonder if the next ride I should take the Downtown for old time sake. I usually keep the grips on the low or medium setting, but on the few times I switched to high I wonder if that may have done it. Thanks for watching!
@@ScooterwolfsMotovlog I first saw a guy (forgot the channel) in Greece that had the problem. Warrantied. Then one on the adv forum. Warrantied. I always used low setting and never had issue. I live in the south though. I'm guessing that after your warranty work, it will work on high without issue in the future.
@@Scootphoria that’s my hope too. Right now it’s taking forever for the part to come in, but with the summer ahead that’s not an immediate problem.

Everything was good until the crash, but then less so when we saw that the rider (and bike) were all right.
Interesting expression that - tail gunner. Reminds me of the joke: "I don't think life in cities, in USA, is dangerous at all" said John, 28, Chicago school bus rear machine gun operator.
I think we’re almost there with all the mass shootings that occur in the country🙁. Despite how violent the term sounds it’s meant as a position of protection where the tail gunner makes sure no one is left behind if they break down or crash.

Very true. It could have been a lot worse. It just loose gravel on the side of the road, but sometimes it doesn’t take mush.

Yeah, I've been ridden to Pittsburgh from Philly, then through New England, and back in September up to Canada.
How do you like the 360? Is editing easier? I'm saving up to get one.
I really love it. Takes a bit to get used to, and it’s frustrating because you have to edit it in a separate app, the export it and add it to the time line with your other footage. Which camera are you considering?
@@ScooterwolfsMotovlog Oh man that is what I was worried about. The insta360 x3. I might invest in a better computer first if I have to do all that lol.
@@scootervixen it’s a great camera. If not a better computer, get an external hard drive to store your footage in. That/s where you’ll save and play from when editing. Having an external means your computer doesn’t have to manage your files and run the editing software. Instead, it just runs the program, making it faster and more efficient.

@@ScooterwolfsMotovlog What storage do you have as far as External goes? Little by little getting all my tech
@@scootervixen I had to splurge and get a 4 TB hard drive to store my recent footage, and to back up others. I recently had a scare where I thought the external that had my trip to Nova Scotia and Laconia had become corrupted. It turned out it was just a bad cable. Still, I took it as a sign and backed up the files as soon as I could.
What caused her to fall? Is she a new rider?
There was some loose gravel along the side of the road. When she took the turn she went wide to stay in the staggered group formation, and her front tire must have hit it and slide out under her.
