Hello Kelly. I love watching you work with roses for more blooms. Be careful with the thorns. We wouldn't want anything to happen to those beautiful hands of yours. 🌹🌹😊

Thank you! I have rebloomers and have deadheaded right under the flower so I learned something new! We had so much rain the roses got soggy and disintegrated! Love the ideas of using spent blooms!

Deadheading roses is a way of of observing them closely and monitoring for anything untoward early. In 8b Central Texas it's brutally hor and the roses are pulling back into dormancy for self preservation. The forecast says we will drop down to 98 next Tuesday with a 20% chance of rain.

Should I cut knock out roses down in the fall? What’s the most fragrant rose varieties? I have had black spot on many types I’ve tried, or the beetles are relentless. The knockouts are the only ones I’ve had any success with but they aren’t fragrant. 😔

Beautiful. So what if it goes to seed ? Can you actually plant these seeds ??

I'm in zone 9A and it's been so incredibly hot and humid. My roses are all suffering.

Hi Nancy , ahhh yes extreme heat can be a real problem for the roses . Keep them hydrated and say a prayer . 🙏 🌸🤗🙏
