Yes, I concur, the video is absolute beautiful but Sharmaine Bucknor is amazing. The Real Estate Discovery is perfect in discovering the best real estate in the DMV area. Bravo👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I recently moved to Tysons from the ATL and so far I love it. It reminds me a bit of Downtown Vinings and Buckhead. It's not as flamboyant as Buckhead but it's definitely a quiet hidden gem and let's hope it stays that way. I'm really amazed by Tyson's Mall: it has all of these luxury boutiques and department stores like Bally's, Chanel, Gucci, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth but very little foot traffic. So, it's flashy like Lenox Mall but without the hype! I can't afford to purchase a home in the area but I'd definitely consider buying a condo here. It's really expensive but you pay for what you get and it's really nice, upscale, scenically amazing with a mix of nature and modern. Think Beverly Hills or Buckhead but without the stars, tourists, and thugs! LOL
Beautiful downtown but seems it was thought for vehicles rather than pedestrians!......So, without some kind of walking space similar to "The Mosaic District" in Merrifield, all we will have is a kind of a huge office park instead of a real town! 😮

Pretty crazy how Tysons grew in the last 20 years!

Honestly Tysons growing just means higher rent prices for me so I'm going to leave a dislike on the video
