I've been meditating since 2017, but im not gonna lie I fall asleep around the 27min mark xD of his meditations because they are longer than my usual which is 20 mins max. I also have mild adhd.
I found Dr. Joe's meditation very helpful. I have ADHD and could never ever meditate. I first found the walking meditation and that was a long one but I did it! then found the other ones like the Alchemist and You are the placebo, now I just shuffle between those two or if I don't have time I do the morning meditation. I will definitely try these ones.

And it’s also really good to know he gave the meditation instructions in the book. You are not alone. The time/space thing is confusing to me. I find it somewhat challenging to understand what is meant by being aware of the space (then the description of body area) and what the same is in space. I know above description is not verbatim but I could not recall the exact words.
I hope you see my comment. Thank you for that information. What do you recommend for someone who lost a pet and now every meditation all I can do is cry. My goal is to strengthen my third eye and/or be able to see spirit. Which I was starting to see things before he passed. But I am sure this is part of my learning experience and losing him actually feels like it made my heart grow ten times bigger. Which remignds me of that scene in the Grinch. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
I would say go ahead and cry and grieve that loss even as your heart expands. Perhaps one of the shorter generating gratitude or joy mediations would help. Or even blessing of the energy centers with a special focus on the heart ❤️. Im sorry for your loss and I know your pet is there with you still!

You can purchase the meditations from Dr. Joe's website you do not need to buy the progressive/intensive bundle to be able to purchase separate meditations. Or sometimes you can find many of his meditations on TH-cam.
Thanks for the information. When Dr Joe talks about people healing themselves during the event, is this because of a specific meditation (e.g. Blessing Centres)? And when he shows the different brain waves in the progressive course during the meditation, which meditation was it from?
Not a specific meditation is the common theme about those that have healed… it’s that they show up everyday to meditate and get in the field even when they don’t feel like it. And they become the new person. He even says don’t bother asking which meditation they did, just know they showed up for themselves. Also I believe from the brain scans it’s also different mediations, you can see more on this in that section in the book becoming supernatural.

Hi Jessica. In the meantime the energy centers 5 meditation is available :-) My favorite meditations right now are new potentional and pineal gland. I try to pracise at least one of them every day. The box meditation i didn't understand enough right now, but that is ok, since i'm already on my journey. :)

on the third part of the tuning into potentials meditation , its confusing some people say you have to surrender and let it go , but dispenza says to have the intention and the elevated emotion but those concepts seem to contradict each other, do you know any tips for that third part of the meditation ?
If you have the book becoming supernatural it might be helpful to read the chapter on new potentials and the description of the mediation. In the mediation you have the clear intent of what you would like to create as well as the emotions associated with it, but also do surrender in that you don't worry about how or when it will show up.
@@JessicaNortonNDSo similar to Neville Goddard's teachings...as he said feeling is the secret, you live in the end as the thing/desire already done so you apply your feelings towards that and you release and let it go knowing it is done. I have watched Dr. Joe in many interviews and many of the things he talks about are there in Neville's teaching, including some breath work. So very interesting and fascinating. Why do I struggle to enter the alpha state when I wake up in the morning, yet it's easier for me in the evenings And what can I do to reach that state in the morning? Please help
Are you waking up and already thinking about all the things you have to do for the day? Reaching that state in the AM will be about practice and retraining your brain.

I think I answered you on another post but I think any of them are great to get you into the present moment! And I love blessings of the energy centers to help ground you!
At the event Dr. Joe talks about this. You can try taking a smaller breath, holding it for a shorter time, or not squeezing as hard. It does take some time to be able to hold it longer, just take your time and work with it slowly. You're training yourself to use those muscles in a very different way than you're used to, so give yourself some time ❤
What has helped for me has been to have shorter meditations at first or working with different eye positions or doing some breath work exercises before the meditation
Meditation doesn't mean nothing, no value in the word, so why use it? Yoga and different part of attaining consciousness is something what need to be practicing, isn't it?
I'm not sure that I understand you question. My yoga teacher taught me according to the sutras of Patanjali that yoga is the restraint of the modifications of the mind. In order for most of us to get to that point of the cessation of the modifications or samadhi we have to first practice with meditation and concentration.
@@JessicaNortonND Yogis never use it because it is western thing. Yogis means connection and not cessation of someones practicing, because for instance there is never connection to find in the root of the word self to six different consciousness levels or different experiencing deep realities. It is about realities rather than the chopping of the different part of the realities. Usually they use it for healing like mindfulness or breath work but never are teachers out there to sink into silence because of the silence self and its nourishing predisposition, leading to six different stadiums or levels. Just one point of view...happy solstice...go inside practice silence through Lord Krishna form in your heart!

That breathing technique is very hard and I feel like it had caused pressure in my eyes. I feel like I can’t hold my breath at all :/
