@balogh12 Garlic is rich in allicin and this compound is good for your health. That is why I usually use a lot of it in my cooking, besides it tastes good!
I think I'll only mince ONE clove of garlic, thank you. Otherwise I'd sweat and percolate garlic through my skin three days in a row. Fantastic recipe, will give it a go tomorrow.
@5w33ti3 I found that my non-stick pans and woks didn't last very long. Even though I use wooden utensils, I got visible scratches rather quickly. I suspect it's the high heat of stir frying. With a solid metal wok (it's very heavy and cost > $700) I found much more joy. And food does not stick that much on it surprisingly. But yes, with a non-stick you can use less oil for sure (just watch out over high temperatures)
This looks good but may be out of date. 2008. Virgin oil shouldn’t be used for cooking. Regular olive have 400°F max. Stir-fry; at least 450°F Go for peanut, avocado or canola. Stay away from unrefined. Good cooking 😊
your kitchen, oven and pan are too dirty.....the long hair may be in the dish....no need of such a long video just showing how your asparagus are running in the dirty pan....
I just ran across your channel and am pleased that I did. I'll be following your recipes and advise for sure.
Love the way generous volume of garlic is added and fried..nice stir fry..simple and seems tasty..will try.😊♥️
I made nearly the same thing a week ago. I didn't use chicken stock, and I used soy sauce, sesame oil, and a little oyster sauce. It was delicious.
Beautiful recipe! Thank you! I was thinking that I could mix mushrooms w/ Asparaus? And I was right! Thanks again for reinforcing my belief!
Excellent!!!! I like the suggestion of a little honey and soy by a reader. Can't wait to try. I might add some sliced water chestnuts as well.
I love that pan she is using.
Healthy and yum dish. Thanks
