Great series! I've been shooting a few years but I am forever a student and always learn something new along the way!

Greg I have tried all kinds of Quivers, from back Quivers, to belt ones, but the always get caught in leaves or treas, and never got or find anyone that I was happy with.
So I did a Quiver myself, and use a separate belt to carry it, and since then, Im really happy with it, and when walking in heavy and tight forrests, its never get caught, and fits perfect while walking, I can move it easily to the side and move it out of the way while walking, its really good. If I could insert a picture on it , I would do that

Some arm guards are made of paper. Get a magazine or find a newspaper and tie it to your arm.

Hey. Greg, I thoroughly enjoy your videos. I've noticed that you shoot a Vintage Ben Pearson recurve. I have noticed a number of these bows on Ebay. Most look like they need to be refinished because the laquer is quite worn on some. Did you refinish your Ben Pearson? Is it difficult to refinish one of the vintage bows? Looks like there might be some real bargains out there. Your thoughts?

Ebay is where I get most of my Pearson bows. The hard part is seeing what condition they are really in.
I have refinished most of mine, pretty straight forward process. Just don't sand the limbs too much.

Thanks for getting back to me. Two more questions, if you don't mind, my draw is 29 ", will these older Pearson bows handle 29" draw? Another question: Do you use fast flight strings on these older Pearson bows. or B50? I know some of the older bows like older Black Widow bows were designed to shoot with B50 and not fast flight? Again, I enjoy all your TH-cam videos. They are informative, educational, and downright fun to watch. Keep up the great work you do.

As for draw length, they should. Most Pearsons were designed for 30”.
As for Fast Flight, that is a hard no. A FF string will literally saw through the limb!
