Interesting point about the Javelin's short ready time and best use as a quick snapshot weapon, compared to the long term usable but static Stugna-P.
Basically the same tool, but with different design goals. The Javalin is meant to be thrown at normal infantry units to give them a capability against armour. TOW and Stugna like systems are for the dedicated anti-armour units and come with the good stuff like remote operation and long term readyness.

I remember how the russian narrative was that the 93rd was destroyed in bakhmut and that they were left combat incapable. But they never left and they never stopped fighting and despite having to give up land it never effected their morale nor does it effect any unit because Ukraine has no other choice.

Me too! I’ve also written to Representatives outside my district who have opposed giving aid to Ukraine. Some of their websites allow people to write to them if you’re outside their district, but most only allows communications if you live in their district. For those I’d write old school by regular mail.
I have new respect (previously little) for Speaker Johnson for staying strong on getting a vote on aid. If he can get it through, his entire career would be worthwhile.
Most Americans support this I hope Ukraine knows this too

I think I saw a video already in 2020 where amrican volunteers in Ukraine described how they improvised and built self made batteries and chargers for the Javelins bc dying batteries was a major issue then. I hope sb. tells these guys.

@United24 and especially to the Ukrainian soldiers fighting. I just want to say thank you for your service. Because you are fighting for your homeland and people yes. But also in a way for the rest of the world too. Even though sometimes i get annoyed when i think about if my country (the United States) Would have just given you guys what you needed and were asking for out of the gate. I have no doubt that you would have kicked Russian asses all the way out of your country in the very beginning 💯. BUT imo it unfortunate that we have who we have in the white house right now. Because we didn’t give the stuff you needed anywhere near fast enough. But even so you guys were mopping the floor with the Russians and their crappy vehicles lol. But since you didn’t get what you needed in time. They have had time to build defense positions and manufacture more weaponry and missiles ect. However i do believe you can still win this thing 100%. Its just harder than it needs to be because the world didn’t act fast enough. But anyway those are just my opinions and i wish you all gods speed! 🫡
