Problems with Landrover master cylinder, series 1

Had to use a series 2 landrover master cylinder.......

my mate had one back in New Zealand mid 70s that thing would climb a wall (short wheel base)

Yep they are very capable, but I find them horrible to drive, no power steering or power brakes. Nothing is adjustable, steering wheel or seat, still they are a fantastic machine...
