    Thanks for elaborating on the oats aspect. Love raw honey and Greek yogurt in the morning along with raw eggs. Do you have any thoughts on Kefir?

      Lower cortisol and prolactin. This is the main reason hair falls in young men. Low testosterone due to high cortisol is also another reason. Androgena Alopeca aka the male pattern baldness only affects 5% of human population INCLUDING women. Modern lifestyle is the reason hair falls.

      @@chrisgioko first of hair needs to regenerate. So lots of sleep. Take Zinc 20mg per day and Magnesium as per the daily requirement based on your age and height. Take a blood test to see your Zn to Cu ratio. High Cu levels deplete Zn and leads to hair loss. Avoid processed food, soda, white sugar. But sleep is the most crucial one. You can rub onions on your head to provide sulfur for hair growth. Farmers and homeless people have excellent hair, they dont eat junk and get tons of sleep. Also prolactin levels must be low for a male or it can lead to baldness. A complete blood test is needed to analyze your hormonal profile and the changes needed. Add lots of beef, eggs and basmati rice in your diet. But above all else you need to bring down cortisol and you only do that by sleeping more, stressing less. Its well known that stress causes hair loss. I guess you have a fast metabolism and you have trouble sleeping. Usually this leads to high cortisol and hair loss and a skinny fat physique. Fix your cortisol levels by sleeping, avoiding social media, spending time with girls, cute pets and other things that make you happy. Watch a lot of comedy to increase dopamine as dopamine and prolactin are antagonists. Also stop watching pr0n and burping the worm, this is key.

      No youre not. It does nothing to gym performance (can even increase performance). You can try everything under the sun to try to reverse hair loss and none of it will even come close to taking Fin. Youre literally taking a pill that suppresses the hormone that is balding you. Everything else you try is like taking swings and jabs at the hormone but never knocking it out.

    Hello. Can you link me the scientific literature that you have on the relationship between oats and testosterone?

    • @antidisestablishmentariani-sm
      @antidisestablishmentariani-sm 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Anything with gluten reduces DHT not testosterone itself. DHT is more powerful and more important than pure testosterone. Oats can help with testosterone production as its carbs but it does not convert Test to DHT. I have read studies where oats show to suppress T levels due to fluoride content which reduces Zn levels thus lowering Testosterone.

    for muscsles and performance in the bedroom is free testosterone not DHT but fact is it is for body hair anyways not for muscle gain

    • @antidisestablishmentariani-sm
      @antidisestablishmentariani-sm 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      DHT makes you lean and vascular and gives you strength without size. Performance in the bedroom is also due to DHT. You're right about muscles, testosterone is key for muscle growth. DHT is what gives testosterone its benefits except muscle gains. High DHT males are the alphas with broad shoulders, masculine faces and jaws, veiny muscles, big pecker, deep voice and body hair. High Testosterone low DHT males have no body hair, lots of muscles, may not have deep voice, may not look as threatening as high DHT males. DHT also converts to pheromones which is why women love dominant males. Women can sense it. Better to have Very high Testosterone with moderately high DHT.

      @@thetestosteroneconsultant2254 Yes, dht doesn’t build muscles, it acts ancillary to increase T. It’s a well known fact. Increasing dht also stimulate other pathways that however have nothing to do with muscle building but rather neurological for strength or increased metabolic rate.
