I have these for almost a year now. I find them comfortable. Great battery life. My only issue is the noise cancelling. I work in an open environment and i find myself muting the mic several times when I'm not talking. But if I'm in working from home or in a private office, it's great.
Just got these, the mic quality is so much better than anything I had before. They are comfortable, support music playback and has a quick mic mute button which lights up the tip of the microphone. This is superb for the money.
I have this headset for over a year and it's been working great. I'll start with the pros: Bluetooth has been very reliable while I use it in a 80 square meters apartment. The sound and mic are very clear for calls. The mute function with physical button and red light in the microphone are very useful. Also, the multi point connection is very useful. As I don't like closed headphones/headset for calls, the transparency mode helps a lot allowing us to hear ourselves. Battery life is great! Cons: I don't find it very comfortable. My wife has a Anker H500 which is less tight. I removed the foam and it made it more comfortable but also looks less bulky on my head. Maybe my head is too big. The other con is the lack of the USB dongle, not because of any Bluetooth instability, but maybe because my company's laptop is slow, but I always need to connect right before the call because the headphone turns off to save battery in very short time. Not sure but maybe 2 min or so if connect to the laptop but not to the call. Maybe this happens just with me but it bothers me every time before important calls.
Very good break down. We'll have to invite you on a video one of these days for your thoughts 😄 you're spot on when it comes to Bluetooth to your computer. This is the issue of connecting headsets to a computer via Bluetooth instead of a model that includes a USB Dongle.
I've been using it for almost 2 years now. I bought it for working from home during COVID and it does a very decent job for what it is. It's main purpose is making calls on your phone or computer. It's not for listening to music, so don't expect an amazing sound quality. The comfort is OK, after playing with the head band a bit to make it less tight, I was able to find the right amount of pressure for not getting ear fatigue during longer sessions. The battery life is great and the Bluetooth range is actually surprisingly good as well. I guess it depends on the Bluetooth signal from the device you are connected to. I've been using it mainly with my Samsung phone and a MacBook Pro and the connection is very stable. For the money, definitely a buy!
@@HeadsetAdvisor yeah haha, i just searched our local tech store for a headset that had bluetooth, a mic, two speakers and no anc and this one was the cheapest one that also seemed decent (i still want some audio quality if i listen for like two hours)

I bought this headset, I used it yesterday for 10 hours, for comfort it’s was great, I wear glasses and it didn’t bother me at all. I had to listen to a play back and it sounded very clear. The background noise in a normal work environment is on key. It’s perfect if you’re not wanting to spend $$$ and still have a very good headset! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hi I just recently bought them for working, I provide customer support on line. People say that my voice is very clear, especially when I am at home. When I am at the office customers say they are listening to much noise from the background (nothing like the video) so, here is my question: Is there any especial set up that I should do with my laptop? Many thanks
Hi Alicia, that sounds about right on the performance of the headset. The mic noise cancellation is built in so there's nothing special you need to setup. Listening back to the microphones tests, for a $39 headset the mic was decent but didn't do the best job canceling out noise in comparison to other headsets. It's hard to know if the noise levels of our tests on our video are louder or quieter then your work environment, so every situation will differ.
Just got these. I don't find the volume sufficient, plus the audio/video sync is "off," probably due to Bluetooth. Is there a recommendation for a USB dongle headset? Again, 2 speakers and a boom mic? Thanks!

You won't get stereo sound like you'd want with a Bluetooth headset unless you use the headset for hearing and an external microphone for speaking. Otherwise, the two best options currently are Orosound Tilde Pro and Epos Impact 1000 for what you'd like.
Bought 4 of these and after just a few months of use, 2 of them got microphone issues, it seems like an issue with the swivel of boom as moving the boom up and down causes the disconnection of mic. Really disappointed with JLAB, the build quality seems good but it really isn't.
