    Great review. Thanks. I wish companies would put loops on the chest straps of tool suspenders like they do on the outside of military backpacks and some ToughBuilt pouches. I put a non-contact voltage tester and a little contact tester with leads on Key-baks and hook them to my MagnoGrip suspenders, which have one loop on each side, but I often like to hang other stuff there for quick access.

      Also, I'm a 32 waist and have also run into problems with tool belts not getting small enough. You gave very helpful advice on that.

      Glad I was able to help! Yea not sure why they advertise these as min of 32 when in fact they fit a lot smaller waist. You make a good point on the loops on the suspenders, that would definitely be useful. Thanks for watching!

    Thanks for the review man. I was hoping the middle belt would fit a 30 waist without modifying. I’m a 30 waist as well so would need to add holes to the middle belt to fit it, finding belt to fit my waist size is quite the chore. Cool that the big one fit but I figure bending or squatting wouldn’t be comfortable with that tall of a belt. Still good to know it’s an option. So far the only belt I’ve found that fits me is a specific Kuny leather belt (basic) and that’s only because there is space on the belt to punch new holes 😂 but that means the pouches and pockets are slightly smaller then most other basic leather belts.

      Glad I was able to help thanks for watching! I agree the middle belt it is the best balance between functionality and comfort. One thing you could do for the 2nd belt is remove the inner belt with the holes and replace with the 3rd belt. Not sure why Toughbuilt is still selling that belt with the loops as they could simply make it better by merging belts 2 and 3.

      Well, I was a 30 when I recorded this lol. Yea I love these workbenches! Get one or a few of them and connect together like I did and you will regret not getting sooner. I use mine daily and they are holding up great.

    Give us some feedback after actually using the Toughbuilt bags for a couple months. New gear is always cool until you live in it for awhile.

      I have used the smaller pouch for the last 6 months and it has worked great. I have no complaints especially since this pouch was only $20.

    Your m18 impact not falling out of holster is one of a few reasons why compact batteries are well worth using.
    Lowers and expands the center of gravity. I used to love how my m18 fuel gen 3 was balanced just about perfectly with a 2.0 or 3.0 compact battery when held over my head.
    The 3.0 HO battery is great for setting down on the battery with it's wider base (even tho you should be wary doinf this) but a bit bulky in tight areas. Now it's no problem cuz i got an m12 installation driver and LOVE IT but i digress.

      Yea I agree, the M12 drills fit perfectly on these belts!

    Do the snaps on the suspender loop have unwanted unsnaping when fully loaded with many pouches?

    • @TeamDIYNow
      @TeamDIYNow  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I personally haven't experienced any issues with mine. The snaps are pretty tight and will not easily unsnap.

    it looks like you can switch the TB-43A Padded Work Belt's belt with the Quick Release 2" Work Belt?

    • @TeamDIYNow
      @TeamDIYNow  ปีที่แล้ว

      You are correct, I believe they can easily be swapped out if you want to buy both. In my opinion Toughbuilt should do this from the factory as that belt insert with the loops is no good.

    I liked the system of the toughbuilt. Didn't like the belts didn't try it with suspenders didn't like how they are attached to one another and the buckle on the front is a bit over kill you can hardly bend over and it sticks you in the stomach good belts for a first time tool belter and to be honest you can't beat the price of the gear .

    • @TeamDIYNow
      @TeamDIYNow  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I know what you mean, this heavy-duty belt is bulky around the waist. I thought I would have liked the middle belt the best, however the buckle on that one is way too loose!

  • @austinbruce2895

    You were the first belt upside down lmao I have it with the gel fit suspenders and I get amazing results

    • @TeamDIYNow
      @TeamDIYNow  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea I was trying to show how you can shorten the belt to make it fit. If you notice when I show the suspenders I have it up right as that is when it matters with the loops. Technically you can wear it either side if you're not using the suspenders.

    • @mccumbersjared44
      @mccumbersjared44 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey man I'm looking to get this tool belt with suspenders are the gel-fit suspended that much more comfortable? I really want a set of suspenders and I want to make sure I get the good ones.

    • @TeamDIYNow
      @TeamDIYNow  ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't believe they make gel-fit suspenders (currently at least). They only make one suspender model and it's the padded version TB-CT-51P. The gel-fit knee pads on the other hand are definitely more comfortable than their regular knee pads.

    Check out a “drill hook” for your tool belt, the holsters don’t fit any impact well but a hook keeps its on you no matter how big the battery

    • @TeamDIYNow
      @TeamDIYNow  ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't believe I ever saw one of those drill hooks...they appear to work well. Thanks for sharing!

    Worst belt ever. Invest in something decent. Even a husky belt from home depot is better than that

    • @TeamDIYNow
      @TeamDIYNow  ปีที่แล้ว

      Really, what issues did you have with this belt? I have used the pro HD one for about 6 months and its still going strong.

    • @johnmeyer8745
      @johnmeyer8745 ปีที่แล้ว

      Clips break and they don't stay in a exact spot. I'm a framing Carpenter so this was my first bags and I still remember how awkward and uncomfortable they were. I suggest occidental or badger tool belts. More money but not Bob the builder bs
