- Skoda kushaq and Toyota Hyryder are what we are going to discuss today and since it's launch Skoda has suffered a lot of complaints and this has not changed much today but is it true that it comes with a lot of problems and these problems are major ones and it could hinder the ownership experience if you are planning to purchase this car?

Whether 1 or 1.5 TSI on VAG cars give the feel of driving a sports car. The steering and braking is super responsive, is stable, practical and super safe. EPC issues are solved, especially in the 2022 , models. Despite having disc brakes out front alone it performs super well at high speeds.

Engine is toyota hybrid. 3 years warranty extendable to 5 years. . Toyota after sales amazing. Warranty of battery 8 years. No company gives. Strong hybrid v is amazing.

Why mention creta in the title but not in the video?
I wanted to buy xuv700 but I want to keep the price below 20 lakhs and I'm a 158 cms tall woman, so I cant even see the front of xuv700 properly while driving. Also I feel its tough to park and drive big cars in Indian cities.
Today I checked kushaq and my father is so impressed with it that he told me to finalize and not see other cars.
I loved kushaq too but I'm worried about after sales service of Skoda. I maintain my vehicles and all machines, even a cellphone for a really long time. I plan to use my car for 15yrs unless govt. brings some rule against it.
I am big fan of Mahindra. Twice my Mahindra cars got write off in accidents but we survived with minor scratches/ injuries. And their after sales service are excellent even better than honda cars.
Never ownerd a toyata earlier but I feel it will give good after sales service and I will be able to own it for 15yrs easily. Will see hyryder tomorrow, hope it satisfies my requirements.

Finalized Kushaq 1.5ltr engine, mid variant. Top variant has sunroof, ventilated front seats and 6 air bags while mid variant has 2 front airbags. Don't need ventilated seats or sunroof and airbags dont work all the time. How strong and stable the vehicle is and wearing seat belts determines if one will survive in case if a collision.
Family says 1k ltr engine is there in alto as well. So we decided to gp for 1.5 ltr.
My experience with toyota was horrible. Showroom and service center were together. Told us they didn't have parking inside while they allowed toyota cars to park inside. We parked out car 1km ahead. The road was full of water. Their guards on the gate didn't have the decency to open the gate while we had to walk in through puddle of water in the center on the main gate. On being questioned they acted indifferent. And misbehaved when we told them why aren't they opening the gate, its their job. They replied someone might steal and run away with cars parked inside. How stupid!
My father lost his cool and asked for head guard. The reply was " we report to the GM". My experience went for a six from the entrance only. After going inside we asked for their incharge. We waited 15 minutes. Finally we were shown hycross while I clearly told them I wanted to see hyryder. The HR manager came and went when we were checking the vehicle. When we asked for the incharge again, we were being told she went while we were outside. We called the GM and although he apologized on behalf of his staff for misbehaving, when I asked for an official email address for giving a written complaint he gave me his HR manager's ( his junior's) email instead of his own or seniors'. This clearly shows how seriously they take their customers. They think we are fools. When I asked them to tell me about the features and to show hyryder we were being informed they don’t have the vehicle and it comes sometimes only. Moreover toyota's waiting period is around 36 or26 months and if you are influential then also they take at least 6 months.
I told them very clearly I have seen other company cars and the only reason I had come to toyota was for good customer experience and after sales but I was completely disappointed.
The same evening the person from skoda called up and I enquired more about kushaq. I told him I was confused. He scheduled our test drives for the next day. Brought 1 ltr vehicle to our home, we drove in city and highway. Went to his showroom, had tea and were looked after very well. They literally opened the car from all sides again and even explained their engine parts in detail. Then we drove 1.5 ltr engine and were dropped back home. 1 ltr and 1.5 ltr engines difference could be felt by me even when I sat behind on the passenger seats. A feedback form was given to us to be filled.
We have rechecked that their services and after sale are good and in case of problems we can contact our sales agent directly even after purchasing the car. Next day he called up for followup and asked if I need help regarding anything with my wedding arrangements. My God I am impressed with his interest and efforts. Kushaq has Czech republic made engine. We had a similar one in Renault Logan and it's very good.
My brother has asked us to check Scorpio N as well but I'm not so tall and it's a 7 seater. I need a family car. From my end kushaq is final unless my family decides to go for 7seaters and increase the budget by 5.5 lakhs at least. But that will be what we want and a waste money to satisfy our ego and not what we need.

I had taken test drive of strong hybrid eCVT of Hyryder and I felt that raving the engine creates noise which is heard in cabin, because it's a 3 cylinder engine
