Hello William, I want to start by saying that we are deeply committed to both Customer Service and Quality Assurance. This fell far short of that standard. Although the issue originated with our buffer and involves B5 Systems Stock, we take full responsibility for every product that leaves our facility. This also includes the replacement buffer you received. We want to make this right, and see how we can best offset the costs incurred with your Super Duty. We responded to your message on Facebook to gather more details and send you replacement parts. Our apologies again for this experience and look forward to hearing from you.
Why didn’t you get him squared away then? I’m not coming from a hateful place, I love my Super Duty. It does seem a bit odd that you had to wait until he made a video. To be fair to you though, I wasn’t there for the conversation.
It's a B5 systems SOPMOD stock, which rarely if ever have issues, so I'm a bit surprised to see this issue. I too have the SD upper in DDC and put together a lower I had cerakoted with an ALG ACT single stage trigger, the appropriate B5 furniture and the Geissele Super 42 complete buffer system with their H2. Currently I have a TA31 ACOG and 45* Troy BUIS on the rifle. This is a super soft shooter. At this time, I have close to 1k rounds of Lake City M193, PMC X-tac and IMI 77 gr razor core through the rifle with zero issues or malfunctions, and the rifle shoots 1.5 moa all day long. Shooting steel out to 600 yards as well and I have 100% confidence in this set up as a GPR that I would reach for first, if needed. Just my .02, sorry you had some issues, but it is a Count Blemula special.
That’s really unfortunate. I think this is the first complaint video I’ve seen about Geissele. With that being said, I’ve never looked for negative videos about them. But I will say, I wouldn’t trade my super duty for almost anything. I love it. Never had an issue with it suppressed or unsuppressed and it’s a smooth shooting and accurate rifle with an awesome trigger. No company is perfect but from my experience Geissele is top notch.
I have a complete 14.5 SD its ran like a champ with everything I put threw it. Purchased 2 Blem rails and 2 blew super duty notched uppers with the mk16 handguards and other then cosmetic issues and one missing the steel QD inserts never an issue and fully functional. With that being said it may be a B5 issue. Ive seen another recent video where the b5 bravo stock did same thing. Geissele will def fix it for you they have one of the best customer service in the game
Yeah… I hope that this is just a unique situation. However, the blemish was supposed to only be a small mark on the side of the receiver. So I’m a little disappointed and not the actual issues but how the company dealt with the issues
So is that stock jammed onto the buffer tube, to the point its hard or impossible to remove? That's a strange failure... Gives me another reason to only rock Magpul stuff. I've used to many different Magpul stocks, and they just all work without issue.
I had used an LWRC on the job for years…. I do believe that out of the box, LWRC is next to as perfect a rifle as can be expected. So I would say in practice… The answer would be yes I try other companies and always seem to end up right back at LWRC My favorite rifle of all time was there little PDW.
Send someone from your department to the School of the American Rifle and get educated..Crap can get through any manufacturer and being able to detect problem areas before they occur and knowing how to fix them is a class room away..
I don’t think you know what you are talking about. Everything on the gun is made exceptionally well, the accuracy is phenomenal and the trigger is the best out there. No other gun comes stock from the manufacturer built as good as a Geissele. Pick your brand of Gucci rifles HK, Noveske and Knights all have shortfalls that Geissele does not at a fraction of the cost.
@@johnadams673 I don’t have to imagine, it is just better. Don’t kid yourself if you bought a KAC you paid for the name mostly and some innovation. Still overpaid.

Geissele will fix any problems you have. They offered to warranty a barrel after 3 years due to a chambering issue.

Is LWRC your number 1 choice or is there something else?
