Ice Ryu is awesome but without the Ice Powers this is the best version of Ryu. Ice Ryu is on another level esp with his finisher at the end. It's like an Ice Nuke in your face.

You guys do know this is a fighting game right???… Mugen Fighter, you can put anyone you want in this game. I’ve seen someone destroy a whole roster with ONE Fat Albert. I’ve also seen someone take out Goku and Vageta with Devil Homer… it’s a fun game.
Its better for both side to show case their ability with combo and super combo before deciding it on the final round. If you let lose the fight like that it would left the fight to be unfair. I mean even if it from indie dev, with the variety of heroes and the awesome moves people would be tempted to try(buy) it❤.

He'd be far past krillin, he literally has been training all his life, has pretty much 3 forms of power. Etc etc his raging demon much like Akumas destroy the souls of his opponents and that's canon. His Hadouken special when it's a beam wave is pretty much a Kamehameha. Ijs bud, if you're intelligent you'll recognize that, hercule can't even weaponize ki, let alone destroy an island, Akuma is far above Ryu, fought Asura who is a literal demi god to a stand still.
