New to me so everything felt rough and wasn’t sure how to pace anything. Either way just gave what I could and just managed to get my goal. Not sure if pacing better would have paid off, was at 60 through 2 minutes, extremely fell off and hit 20 cals minute 3 and then finished with 24 the final minute. Give this one a go!

Zu Hause habe ich nur Fahrrad. In der Box gehe ich immer aufs Rudergerät.
Genau dewegen😉
In 4 min habe ich nur 89csl geschafft

Ja, find ich auch. Hab aber kein Platz für ein Rudergerät.
Deshalb baue ich oft laufen ein.
