DIY Reusable Menstrual Pads with Free Sewing Pattern - No Sewing Machine Needed | Less Waste

If you've been wanting to make reusable menstrual pads but don't have a sewing machine, then this video is for you!
A reusable menstrual pad is generally constructed with these 3 layers (Topper, Core & Backing) with the option to add a waterproof layer between the Core & Backing. Each layer has its own purpose and these are some fabric suggestions
Topper: Cotton flannel, Cotton jersey, Bamboo / cotton zorb, etc
Core: Zorb, Microfiber, Cotton terry
Backing: Microfleece, Fleece, Velour, Woven Cotton
These are the tools and materials you'll need:

2. Fabrics (see above for fabric suggestions)
3. Thread
4. Sewing needle
5. Sewing pins
6. Fabric shears
7. Multipurpose scissors
