Hello Severine, i think that for sleep you should try to supplement with magnesium L-threonate and the other ones like glycinate. You should also consider adding animal fat in your diet. Cook with animal fat. Finally, get the organ meat like liver, heart, tongue, kidney, tripes etc. It's like taking a bunch of minerals and vitamins.
