I'm a metal head, so I'm dedicated going to build heavymetaldramon. Also, the alt art for him goes HARD. The deck likely isn't any good, but its nice to have fun decks and not just tier 1 meta stuff.
I am actually planning on building both the heavymetaldramon and hexablumon deck also side the nidhoggmon line is part of yuuki deck she uses it with the impmon line so I'm surprised you didnt cover it
Oversight ha ha. I was writing the script for the purple stuff yesterday and found the rest of the evil and dark dragons. Couldn't help but chuckle when I tunnel visioned to the direct evo lines.
"Let's see if any of these cards are viable for a Beelzemon deck." I mean, considering the fact that the cards she was getting _for_ her previous Beelzemon deck were _not synergizing_ with her Beelzemon deck in favor for the new HeavyMetaldramon deck was a plot point, I think you're going to be disappointed.
Visually, I knew they were already reskins of Growlmon through Megidramon. But I definitely was curious whether they'd have any synergy with each other ha ha.
@@DIGI-PANDA I mean, I think calling them reskins is a little mean, they have a pretty distinct visual design while still taking cues from the Guilmon line. But yeah, as a TCG player it's your job to find every synergy you can!

Ice-snow deck is fun direction from a source striping decks. Having basically battle immunity. And the bt 18 support will involve hybrids. And Ex 8 will put in Ex 7 and bt 18 support to the trash because these ice-snow digimon are YELLOW VACCINE! The dark dragon deck could be better. Unfortunate it seems it won’t get support any time soon. Hope bt 19 Growlmon and Impmon might be support. It would have been better if it was a 6 card restriction instead of 4. And can’t draw for digivolve but gain 1 memory.
NPC Frozen Knight was really fun to do in the Digimon Liberator reads. Would be hilarious if the archetype got support cards that also stripped cards coming out of the raise ha ha.
@DIGI-PANDA the funniest part is Impmon was originally going to be Takato's partner until the writers swapped him out for Guilmon and had Impmon the way we know him now in the show.
After trying out heavymetaldramon, its such an annoying deck to play, because most of the time you will be way above the 4 card thresholds to capitalize on your effects. HeavyMetaldra's effect is also just too weak where i think it sould have started at 10 memory play cost so you have a better chance of playing the orochimom and loudmon from trash.
Been looking at a lot of the purple related cards and you have to run more cards that pitch for cost to increase DP or gain memory. But it's so inconsistent.
i personaly like heavymetaldramon better. unfortunaqly, their arn'ty many purple lvl 5 that play from trash, and as far as i know. only ex7 lvl 6 nidhogmon plasys from trash. as this deck want to treat it's trash as their hand. lvl 3 and 4 play from trash makes this deck to powerfull. so lvl 5 and up is better thnx to the higher memory cost ofsetting, that you can keep playing them from trash, every time your bord get wiped.

I'm really happy the deck actually has searchers now too! We're seeing some more archetype related cards.
Been a fan of Hexeblaumon since BT5 and still run it as a pet deck, ive been waiting for this much needed support 🙌
Searcher? Check. Consistency pieces for level 4, 5, and 6? Check. Option? Check. All we need is a NPC Frozen Knight tamer and we're good to go.

Hexablaumon is pretty good, and I can see the new Impmon line working with a Guilmon deck.
I'm curious to see how the archetype lines up and if you can do some real damage. Guilmon and Impmon, BFF.
