    From a very rough looking log came a very beautiful bowl! Magical!

    Beautiful bowl for Poplar. Never knew it could have such an interesting grain. Nice job.

    Pretty rough and manky piece you started with. Came out with a hood looking bowl. Everyone likes different things. I prefer the sides to be more curved from the bottom to the top, but you did a very nice job with this piece.

    Beautiful work, I like working with poplar (tulip wood) because I have it in abundance. What was the finish you used?

      Cheers James! I've been doing the same thing with a lot of the projects recently, sand multiple times and applying cellulose sanding sealer between each sanding.

    What sandi g discs were you using in this video.. they look good??

    • @IanMacWoodturning
      @IanMacWoodturning  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey John, I got them on Amazon. Just type in 2 inch/3inch sanding discs and it should come up with them :)

    You destroyed a big log to make a doggie bowl what a waist

      The rest of the log can still be used you muppet. In fact, I cut it into 3 rounds, so it will be used.
