I really appreciate the extraordinary work you are doing with the videos, very informative and interesting. I discovered your channel researching for properties and places to visit around the Puglia area because we could consider buying a property there. We visit Italy twice a year, and loved it. Last summer we were around the Dolomites region, but the properties over there are quite expensive and the the climate may be too cold for us at winter, since we belong to the Caribbean. The Puglia area seems really nice for us, near beautiful beaches, the Adriatic Sea and also with marine transportation to Greece. Hopefully we will be at Puglia by October for vacations and will see personally the areas around.

Thanks for taking us through this lovely property, I love the layout of this house with the stairs and various floor levels, luckily alot of the hard work has been done. I have so many ideas running through my head as you walk us through the property. Sadly, it does not have a garden also I'm not sure about living inside a historic centre.

You are right…nice layout but I wonder what the roof is like? Would be nice if you could project lead that Reno …it would be gorgeous

Would definitely like to get on the roof and check it out, usually based on other experience here the water issues are a pretty easy fix with the roofing here due to no wood being used, but for sure you’d want to check prior with a Geometra. Would love to do a project lead on most of the places we see :)

I wonder two things.. it’s possible to open bigger windows in this kind of properties? And also how much money can be expected approximately to finish a renovation like this … I mean to make it habitable

Hi Lulu, yes definitely possible to open the windows and make them larger. We did this with our place and it was a simple job. The cost of renovating is a difficult question, it truly depends on the finishes and if you are willing to do small jobs like painting and sourcing windows and doors yourself or if you a want turn key job , someone who does it all for you. I’d say for this project base renovation maybe add 30k to get everything up to par and live able maybe less…. But always budget more than you think :)

@@lulufiedler9090 your welcome! And in this case no it would be a simple change that you request to the municipality through a local geometra. It’s very simple for properties such as this one outside the historical center. It should take less than 2 weeks for approval and is usually always approved in properties like this. Hope that helps
