The lemon roof boat crew were very civilised and there was no careering around. They were actually quite good at holding their position. Good to see they made it through the bridge.
Whenever I can't sleep I put 1 of your videos on. It always makes me sleepy. I don't mean they are boring, they are so relaxing and the music so peaceful. Thank you. 👍🎶💤
Because when I upload a crash or bump or similar it attracts the Trolls. So it’s far easier just to turn the comments off. Eg. Why didn’t you help the people instead of filming……. Did you report it …. Etc etc Hope this explains, thank you for watching ⛵️🛥
It looks so busy and very stressful at times. I can’t understand why some of these bridges don’t have a traffic light system. We have them on Poole Bridge. I could make a few comments on boat handling but keep my thoughts to myself!
Pressure is on when we come up in October and go under Ludham bridge with you filming away, slow and steady it is, we don't want to end up in your vids.
My first trip to Ludham Bridge in my new (to me) boat at 6.41 now feeling thankful everything went well and we managed to turn and go back. Unfortunately there was no mooring to stop and take down the screen and canopy, not a 2 minute job with this old girl. Thanks for the video.
It’s a beautiful boat. If you’ve seen any more of my videos, you’ll know I do love the shapes of the older ones. I’m thrilled you spotted yourselves on your first adventure. Have fun and thank you for watching 🛥
A Broom Captain if I'm not mistaken. My late Dad's favourite boat and a beautifully proportioned one at that. In fact the one he always used to request from Brooms, Captain V is currently for sale at NYA. Now if only I had £99k to spare! As you say a sliding canopy is a bit quicker up and down. Enjoy your new boat.
Ooooops , what alot of bangs & crashes today , was that white moth wherry that went through ? , there seems to be alot of little barges turning up on the river down there these days , i hope no-one was too injured in that car , Ouch .
No not at all, I’m always grateful to be told the correct information and you’ve not been wrong once, so to me that’s a huge contribution. Thank you. Very much appreciated, always.
You can't stere a boat from the front steering from back is easier and better. The boat pivots from centre the back swings out and hits boats and bridges.
These people backing up always make me go 🙈. They can't possibly see anything behind them. But the fellow at 1:47waiting for traffic under the bridge seemed to be singlehanded but handled it well.

Thank you Ray, its exactly what I wanted to achieve , As on the whole the Broads are extremely relaxing and peaceful. Thank you for watching ⛵️🛥
That very long wooden boat at 7:10 is nice with the two clinker built boats towing astern
It’s Wherry White Moth

Nice to see a few 'real' boats amidst all that GRP!
Lovely arnt they ⛵️🛥⛵️🛥
Question ; why are comments turned off on your video 15th August ;at the BRIDGE

@@NewnameSameme never thought of that , lol
Was that Wherry under power and I could not see who was at the tiller. Certainly held everyone up.
As it goes under the bridge you can see someone using their foot on the tiller. Way before reaching the bridge it had its sails up. ⛵️
Wow that car definitely made sure it got right in didn’t it,cor blimey
It looks so over crowded, we had a hire boat back in October 2006- not sure if I'd cope with today's traffic!
I’m waiting for it to get quieter before taking a day boat out again. ….
Boating holidays in high season are certainly not relaxing by the look of it!
This was in 2021 after Covid when you couldn’t holiday abroad. It’s not like this now.

Can't wait to get back on the broads, haven't be for about 10 years, wait till things quite down a bit though, way to busy at mo.
I hope you have a great time 🛥⛵️
Nice steady helming on Sovereign. There's no need for full forward or astern all the time :)
Pressure is on when we come up in October and go under Ludham bridge with you filming away, slow and steady it is, we don't want to end up in your vids.
You’ll be fine in October as the number of boats will be reduced by then. Well , I imagine they will be 🤷♀️🛥⛵️

The car Lori OmG ! Horrific. Hope they are both ok.
I thought it was Wherry Ardea but I’m not 100%.
Lots happening today but nothing major luckily.
@@NewnameSameme think Lori is right about the wherry being White Moth - WM on the topmast pennant frame.
@@bobpeach2883 as always you are correct , how do I miss these things 🤷♀️ . Thank goodness we have you on here .

i knew there was a reason why i cruise the southern broads

Need traffic lights it's a nightmare Ludham Bridge when busy
I agree . Something needs to be done , if only at the busy times.
Yep, same basic stupidity that you would see on the roads.
