Hello, any idea why when i set HelpDesk/CaseDeflection/Enabled to false (i actualy had to create it first) it wont turn off case deflection on my site?
Hello @maaaaaraaa - I tried the site settings and it definitely doesnt work. So i thought of finding an alternative way to disable case deflection. In this video th-cam.com/video/JGTA2KVaZy4/w-d-xo.html the disabling process of case deflection is explained in more detail. Thanks for your comments.
