Yes and no... depends what kind of scooter you have and where you are riding it and how fast ? The one I have you need a learner's permit or license.. too powerful
@@demesiocarrillo6420 if you ride were there is alot of traffic then yes .. if in a quiet neighborhood or bike trail .. no. But you should no the laws and rules of the road also tips for bicyclists, TH-cam it . Wear a helmet ride respectful and it will be a slim chance you will be stopped. Google the laws in your state.. discuss with your parents.. if it's okay to do so.
If you gradually pull the throttle it won't make that loud sound . only if pull hard on it and the motor will be loud for couple of seconds then goes away.. I will demonstrate it on my next video.
