Pound for pound this is one of the best escooters ever made. Even better than it’s big brothers. It’s under 35 lbs, goes 25mph with a 265 lbs rider, 25mi distance and a relatively short charging time. Best of all it can take hills that are hard on a normal bike and damn near impossible on a regular scooter.
I knew It ! You are absolutely right. I don't have much to compare . But watching different reviews of scooters . None seem to have to torque and throttle response as the X4 pro. But Now that I just bought 800w scooter . I was a bit sad 😥 that it did not have the exciting torque as the X4 .. I'm keeping my X4 ! .. thanks for putting a smile on my face ☺
I'd totally agree with you if only I had known that the Rear Tyre is only replaceable if you purchase the Entire Motor which comes pre-attatched to the Motor. I found this out the hard way after buying my Nanrobot X4 2.0. What's even more frustrating is that when the Rear Tyre finally got to the point where it became an F1 Slick Tyre, I still held out hope that it would still be a prudent decision/task to go through with the replacement Motor/Tyre but then something bad happened at that same time... Started her up one day, hit the throttle, went about 2 miles an hour then nothing. I mean NOTHING. Can't even start it up anymore..
i have this for 6 months, i am 6`6 with 222 pounds and still rocking! Mine do the same hum sound, its normal. I do recommend the check the front tires every 3 weeks for better performance and range.
Glad to know that.. i was a bit worried the motor would crap out I just went for a Range test.and Gone 17 miles with 2 bars .45.6 volts left going all out 3 gear.. Our scooter must have a quality batteries, cuz it was taking a while to drain. I got drained .lol. thanks for the tip and Letting me know.
@@budgetrydes4820 yep, the batteries has Sanyo cells I believe, is made by Dualmoto, I recommend to change the settings to use medium motor break, I prefer to push the scooter then accelerate, rather to start from 0. Enjoy
@NV Progressive Yes , because of its power.. and weight 33.lbs and the key ignition for security , solid rear tire no worries about getting a flat but a ruff ride. you can buy a seat for $40 . but for $100 more there's the Blaze X9 for $700 .. 600watt motor , front and rear suspension , 11 amp battery. Air tires . Better ride but the seat ? Unknow price and availability.
Even though I have some 40+ mph scooters the X4 really took me by surprise the first time I pulled the trigger to go. The scooter basically took off without me...lol It's got some serious torque definitely.

I won't buy it now because the price jumped up to $599 overnight. $599 is still a good price, but $540 is better. Hope you're having fun on it. Stay safe out there.
I see it sold out.. there is a better one for $550 on ebay the eco reco 600watt motor.. and looks like the same body and has a rear suspension. Check it out
I was informed that a lot of people aren't selling this model because it has a lot of problems, and if you get a flat tire in the back it cost 250 bucks because you have to get the whole deal to replace it

I'm attempting to save up for a d 4 + 2.0. Proving difficult.. might have to settle for this one, I have a gotrax gxl V2 that goes 15 and 1/2 miles per hour and really I always think to myself that between 10 miles per hour and 5 miles per hour does seem like quite a big difference so I can probably settle with one that goes 20 miles per hour
This scooter may leave you wanting more speed. But excitement plenty of ! The torque is what makes it fun !. You will enjoy this scooter but it will not be your last.

@@vicherman7117 yes lower the power , seal possible water entry into the electronics and go 10mph. This scooter is not ideal for wet with solid tire and no rear suspension. Its like driving a mustang on ice. You can power going straight, but when you brake and turn.. you will be reminded of what being scared is like 🥶 🤪😁..

And my speed is 20 mph the first 4miles then goes down to 18mph then 15mph last 3 miles range. I look at the settings. What is your P3 reading, mine is stuck on 1 & your P10 readings??
@@vicherman7117 Hey Vic , the P10 setting on mine is 5. Is the wheel size.. my speed is slightly off . And I also can't adjust the P3 settings. Did you go up any hills on your range test? What is your P1 setting ? Is your motor, loud like mines?
Please help me man maybe you might know I just got mine in the mail and it powered on fine and everything I turned it off I adjusted the handlebars and now the damn thing won't work at all
Sad to hear that, it's never happened to mine.. inspect the wires while you adjust the handlebars. See if you can find a kink? Plug the charger and charge for little bit . Then unplug and turn key on and Push power button for 3 seconds .. if wont?contact seller for more help.

Unfortunately I have limited space .. in an upstairs apartment. The 33 pound X4 is the most I would want to carry. I was goin to buy the Hiley Max Speed X9 for $699 .. and sell the X4 but it's 40 pounds and no seat and vulnerable to flats. When my lifestyle changes I will definitely upgrade. 😎 mainly my wife stopped me 😆
I weigh 180 pounds, top speed on flat is 20mph..and it will go 20 miles range on flat surface .. it seems faster than 20mph because of the high torque .

That's the D4 stay away from it . This is the X4 solid back tire .
I think the Zero 8 is a better choice. You can even add an electronic key lock.

I max out at 15mph, how do i get it to go 20mph? I got the x4 too.
Are you familiar with your P settings? Well one of those needs to be set at 100 . My X4 in the storage. Not able to check.
