This is such a sacred place! You can see the people around 10:55, they won't just visit any shrine, it's this place that makes it so special. They look excited!
Bowing at the gate when entering and exiting is a manner for shrine visitors and I used to do that too even when shooting a video. But my camera tilts up/down when I bow so I stopped. But every time I go through the gate without bowing these days, I kind of feel guilty for me looking disrespectful to those people who bow...😰
wow, what a nice video walking tour, Japan is beautiful. I am saving money for my next trip to Japan after the pandemic. In the meantime, I will watch your videos, thanks for sharing
Hello? Thank you for the beautiful tour in Ise city. The scenery is so beautiful. It is relaxing watching your video. I will follow you to more wonderful place for travel. Have a wonderful day 😊👏🏻

They don't tell the reason clearly but it's a holy sacred place after all where gods live so it's somehow understandable that they don't allow cameras. Religions are all like that are't they? Many of them are just beyond reasonable reasons...
@@VSV_Japan I don't know if all religions are like that.Christianity likes cameras, promotes tourism hence money (profits😂).and religion is unreasonable.. Dangerous😲
I read that the shrine was actually divided into 2 parts, the "Geku" and "Naiku". The Oharaimachi-dori St is at the "Naiku". Is it the opening part the "Geku" ? The road inside seems to be along way ^^; May i know ow long did you take to walk past through the "Geku" ? And from Geku to Naiku, spending time strolling around Oharaimachi, how long is the time needed ? I need advice to plan on a trip for this! :) Thank you
Ise Jingu is actually really massive. The one in this video is Naiku. On the other hand, Geku is a couple of train stations away. Please check them on Google Maps below. Naiku: goo.gl/maps/Ei7yuVqvVkChUKVz8 Geku: goo.gl/maps/KEruFgxsdDo9ttuc6
They don’t want people and tourists taking a lot of 📸 or selfies in the temple because of its age and history that’s not what temple’s are really for. especially the older ones. Some temple’s and shrine’s in 🇯🇵⛩ are forgotten until people come home then they remembered it. The elderly who visit this shrine ⛩ in MIE should use the cart to be taken up to the entrance make things a little better for them. Hope you do the next video on the town of MIE itself. 👍📸🇯🇵⛩🙏

I have a Twitter account but not Instagram unfortunately. Sorry. I wonder if it's easy to manage the both accounts.
