Thank you so so much for this video, it will be very useful when we visit Hakone. I got so lost in the beautiful surroundings, I just jumped when the advert came on. 😊
I'm glad if my video can be of your help! When everything goes back to normal, please come visit and try a lot of Onsen in Hakone! Also there are many more tourist spots like a huge lake and a site where you can see some volcano related activity! Actually I shot the volcano site video already but I was not happy with the quality so I will visit Hakone again some other time and re-shoot the video. It's really amazing and I highly recommend it!
@@TheDiabloMadness I think so. But it depends on how much time you may want to spend relaxing in onsen and enjoying food there. For me, I fall asleep in a relaxation area after onsen so I consume 1 day very quickly! 😄😄😄
What a nice vid! I live and work in Hakone, but unfortunately it is hard for my friends and family to visit Japan, so I'll just send them this video to show around
Wow! You are very lucky! Everything has gone upside down after February due to COVID-19. But please come visit again when this pandemic is over. Thank you so much for watching! 😄
Hi, Yoshi San! 🙋♀️This was a great walk in nature. I enjoyed every second of it. The river is so beautiful and the scenary is so relaxing, hearing the calls of the cicadas. It's a beautiful location, so peaceful and refreshing. Thank you. 🤗
I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Every time I visit Hakone, I stop by at Tenseien shown at 19:14. They have very nice Onsen on the top floor of their building and the view from there is really nice!
Yoshi-san, your videos are my first experience with binaural “walks”, and yours are the best! How do you record so steady on longer walks? Are you holding a gimbal and “ninja walking” the whole way? Love your work and thanks!
My camera is Osmo Pocket (I want to upgrade to DJI Pocket 2 so bad though...) so at least it can automatically keep level so I don't have to pay that much attention. But it's really hard to reduce up/down movement while walking. So I used a product something like this one. scottymakesstuff.com/collections/dji-pocket-1/products/osmo-pocket-micro-4th-axis-in-case It's not perfect but helps. 😄
おやすみなさい from Panama City, another walking gem my ともだち, abusing your kindness, could you please pause just a little bit when showing street signs, it take me a while trying to find as much Hiragana and Katakana on those signs (as you may correctly guess, I am learning Japanase), ほんとにどうもありがとうございます.
OK. I'll keep it mind! I have a few video in stock that I shot already in the past and I may have passed the street signs a little fast for those video. Pardon me in advance but I'll try from the next one! I'll be glad if my video can help you learn ひらがな & カタカナ!Thank you so much for watching as always! 😄
Very nice video, really miss onsen of Japan! I think Hakone is the most popular onsen spot from Tokyo, right? I still prefer Izu Peninsula for onsen which is also not far from Tokyo and less touristy. Is Atami getting less and less popular for onsen nowaday? I saw some video of Atami and many hotels are closed, it is like they have been abandoned for a long time and going to collapse, looks sad :(
Yes, Hakone is the most popular onsen spot from Tokyo because of the location being so conveniently close to Tokyo. Actually I shot a video in Atami too. But the weather was not very good so I decided not to upload it to TH-cam. Atami was once a very popular spot in the Showa era but it's struggling now. However, I heard people of young generations are trying to revive Atami these days. Anyway I will go back when the weather is much nicer and shoot a video again soon! Stay tuned! 😄

It's a good idea to take the Odakyu Electric Railway limited express Romancecar, which connects Shinjuku to Hakone-Yumoto.

I remember that I had a spectacular view of Mt Fuji from the pirate shaped boat on the lake Ashi. Hakone has many things to offer to tourists.

Thanks for mentioning it. Actually I shot videos of it and I’m in the middle of editing it!😁

@@VSV_Japan Thanks for the tips! In your opinion, would 1.5 days be enough to discover the Hakone region?

Yes, definitely please do! I really hope this COVID-19 is over soon, Thank you so much for watching! 😄
One of my favourite places in Japan.
If you ever want to stay overnight with a private Ibsen, I recommend Ichinoyu Honoan Ryokan in Tonosawa 😊👌
I guess this is what you are talking about. www.ichinoyu.co.jp/honkan/eng/ Looks so good! 😄

@@VSV_Japan Must've been so enjoyable!!
@@FlexxenRandomPlaces Currently they've stopped but they used to offer "1-day onsen & all you can eat buffet" plan. That was fantastic! 😄

Wow, it's really beautiful down there! Looks pretty quiet, must be because of the pandemic?
Yes, I think so. When I went there for the first time a few years ago, Hakone-Yumoto shopping street was full of people!
