Hello, first of all, welcome to our small country. I appreciate the honesty in your comments. I believe you and your family will make it great. The attitude is 90% or more when you face a challenge such as moving to a new country. If you are a traditional family, this country is for you. Blessings.
I'm Salvadoran, but left due to the civil war in 1981, never been back. All i have is those fun memories where you wake up leave the home and come back at sunset, when all was safe. I have the privilege of working from home, and was thinking of going to San Salvador for 2 months and work from there, before your video it was an idea, now i think it's a reality.
That is amazing. We had lunch with a fellow Salva Canadian family today. They lived in Canada for 37 years and moved back 2 years ago. So many have left and come back.
That's great that you want to come back to see your country again, especially when you can work from home. I moved to El Salvador from Canada, and I am looking for remote job. You will love your beautiful country now.
I admire your courage and your effort to lear the language. It remains me when I came to the USA at the age of fifteen. I used to get so nervous every time someone would try to talk me 😆😆 God bless!
Hi there. I am Salvadoreña living in the USA. I welcome you and your dear family to this beautiful country and thank you for showing what it is like to live in El Salvador now. People of goodwill are always welcome to El Salvador. May God bless you all.

I think this person, Kim, was trying to send that message to Javier Martinez and John Gámez. It’s still an ignorant comment since people from El Salvador were literally saving their lives by leaving due to the gangs and prior to that because of the war.
Hola, this is the first time watching your video and I loved it.. My hi stand and I just moved to Merida, Yucatan in Mexico just a month ago. eventhiugh we bought our home in August. We also had our things brought here and are now trying to adapt to culture, food and all.. Eventhough we are both Hispanics . I wish you the best there and pray that God keeps you and family safe. El Salvador is one our places to go visit soon. Blessings and thanks for sharing.
Oh yeah, if you want a change in a safe place with tropical weather, this is the right way. Blessings to you and your family life is about adventures ❤
That is great to know that El Salvaxor iz returninv the favir to Canada promising a better living. I left 36 years ago and made our lice in Alberta. Left during the war and raised our kids i smaller towns and acreages in northen Alberta. Your videos reminded me wben I was growing up in El Salvador that I went out after breakfast and came back when it was dark without worries, but that changed drastically by the time we left. When I lived in ES, I used to xrive daily by Lourdes as I worked atKimberly Clark near Opico. I did not recognize the highway from what it was in the 80s. Glad you are enjoying life there, so make the best of it. Still would like to go back there but the kids are scattered through Canada now so its difficult to leave them here. Best wishes and keep the updates of bownyou are doing. Cheers Rafael y que Dios los bendiga
If anyone is living in Canada then Alberta is the best province to live in as there is no sales tax on items. I know that Danielle Smith is trying to make Alberta even better as well, even working with Trump to secure the Albert border with the USA. I hope and prayer that El Salvador stays safe!
Good video. I was born in El Salvador 🇸🇻 but i have been living in Canadá for the last 37 years. This year, I decided to spend the winter in El Salvador 🇸🇻 and not in Canadá. To me, it is a trial of having a better idea if I can fit in this society. Viva la Canadá.
👋🏼Congrats on your new adventures! 🎉🎉🎉 I was born and raised in US and married a Salvadoran. We are now a family of six plus three fur babies. Our dream is to move to El Salvador some day. . New sub ❤
I would love to move to El Salvador but my biggest fear is finding an accommodating job that would allow me to work overseas. Many blessings to you and your family.
I understand how you feel. I am looking for a remote job to help me live in El Salvador. Hope that you can also find a good job so that you can move here.
Welcome to El Salvador! I am planning to go back in a few years after retirement. I am also going to spend my winter break/Christmas time with my family this year. We are friendly people and embrace others easily. Good decision to move to my lovely country.
Hello im so happy your experience in oir country has been this far positive..I lived most of my life in the US and been here 20 yrs .and the change here in the last couple of years has made El salvador a great place to live ..welcome to El Salvador
Great video and I'm glad you found a place to call home. I'm also Canadian, my parents actually immigrated from El Salvador in the late 80's and I've gotta say, the price of living and culture in Canada really has changed over the years. I'm 28 now and I myself have even been thinking of one day calling El Salvador my home as well. This video really gave me a lot of ponder on. Anyway...enjoy the good vibes and good weather! God bless.
I'll m from El Salvador but I live in California, I'm so happy you find our country to be safe and tranquil to rise your family. This change as you already know has been thanks to our president Bukele an we hope to never to go back to the time of civil war or gangs since that was the reason that so many of my countryman's had to migrate to US, Canada and even Europe. I hope the situation as you know it doesn't change ever and you get to get some Salvadorean grandchildren who can enjoy the beautiful childhood that I remember having as you described it in your video. Thanks to all Canadians who helped a Salvadorean when he/she needed it!!! ❤❤❤
I used to work with you on Fitzgerald rd. This video 'just popped up'. What a great recap and amazing vibe. Thank you for sharing and I will you and the family blessings and success.
I left El Salvador in 2010 when been young was a crime , I’m so amazed of how much my loving country has changed!! Jesus I lost so many friends to the gangs hands 😢
May god bless you and your family, as a Salvadorean native I’m very excited to see people moving from different countries to our country as good option to live with their family, I can’t wait to go back to my little country, I’m just waiting for a few more years to retire here in the USA , and move back my lovely El Salvador 🙏
Why is that exciting for you? Soon, your friends back in El Salvador won't be able to afford their homes because Canadians and Americans will have bought them all.
I enjoyed this video so much!! I was born in El Salvador and my wife is Canadian. We are working on making the move. These types of videos are very helpful. I just subscribe to your channel. I'm looking forward to more videos
There are many people in El Salvador who are opposed to the new government and they are not very happy that people from other countries come to El Salvador, but we do love the president, we love everyone who wants to come and contribute a grain of sand to the small country to put forward better ideas and welcome and may this small country be their country too.❤
Thank you so much. We didn't move here to TAKE, we moved here to GIVE, in every sense of the word! We love El Salvador and we want to make it truly the best country in the world and be a great example of the possibilities other countries can do too.
I was there in July this year and it was tremendously hot; you will need your air conditioning for the very hot days. We are building a home there to move next year from Canada. I never thought I would move back there, I was born there and come to Canada when I was a child but didn't even visit too much. I have children so for safety reasons I preferred to stay in canada. Now that the country has changed for the better we decided to move back and open a business . My daughter is 9 years old and she's never been there, so I am hoping she likes it and enjoys what's going to be her new life and a new school. Fingers crossed.
It really depends on where you live if you need AC. We don't have AC in Lourdes, and I used to really hate the heat. I would get super angry if I was hot and sweaty. Now I get cold at night. Actually last night was the first time I went to bed and my feet were cold and I was considering putting socks on my feet like I had to in Canada sometimes, I had to laugh at myself. And if you live at higher elevations then i don't think it is necessary at all. My daughter is 9 as well.
I Loved it when this lady said...she does a Bible studying with her children. The blessings on this family are on her way !

I think this person, Kim, was trying to send that message to Javier Martinez and John Gámez. It’s still an ignorant comment since people from El Salvador were literally saving their lives by leaving due to the gangs and prior to that because of the war.
So much respect and admiration for the choices you've made and gratitude for sharing. 😊
I appreciate that!
❤❤❤ I been thinking 🤔 of living in El salvador 2 i'm so happy I found ur channel t.y Gbu ALL ♥️

Hope that you will enjoy your winter in El Salvador.
We love living here.
👋🏼Congrats on your new adventures! 🎉🎉🎉
I was born and raised in US and married a Salvadoran.
Have a nice weekend you and your family
Your video is great! We moved back to El Salvador and you say it better. Thank you very much.
Welcome to El Salvador! I am planning to go back in a few years after retirement. I am also going to spend my winter break/Christmas time with my family this year. We are friendly people and embrace others easily. Good decision to move to my lovely country.
Hello, nice to hear that you are happy in El Salvador, welcome.
Hello im so happy your experience in oir country has been this far positive..I lived most of my life in the US and been here 20 yrs .and the change here in the last couple of years has made El salvador a great place to live ..welcome to El Salvador
Thank you
Muchas bendiciones,Dios les guarde siempre, excelente Video muy bien explicado e interesante.
God bless.
That's awesome!
Thank you so much for saying that.
Hi. I am really liking your channel. Love that you truly want to embrace the country. You are going so well with your English
I used to work with you on Fitzgerald rd. This video 'just popped up'. What a great recap and amazing vibe. Thank you for sharing and I will you and the family blessings and success.
Fitzgerald seems like a lifetime ago now!
God bless you stay safe , all ways be in the safe path, be aware, don't let people take advantage of you , may God bless you and your family
Thank You!
Welcome to my beautiful El Salvador, glad you enjoyed living in my beautiful country hope one day I can move back.
Bienvenidos!! Gente buena y respetuosa como ustedes necesitamos aquí!
Muchos gracias!
Good bless you beautiful family, welcome to our beautiful country El Salvador 🇸🇻
I enjoyed this video so much!! I was born in El Salvador and my wife is Canadian. We are working on making the move. These types of videos are very helpful. I just subscribe to your channel. I'm looking forward to more videos
True ! Cheers from Calgary
Wow! Beautiful! Welcome to El Salvador and enjoy, blessings 🎉
Welcome!!! Bienvenidos! Bless you all!
Welcome to El Salvador!
