- Join Singing Streets on an Oasis tour of Manchester, as we visit: the house where the Gallagher Brothers grew up; the mural outside Sifters Records, an early inspiration for the band; and Bonehead's old house, where they shot the cover for 'Definitely Maybe' and the video for 'Shakermaker'.
Singing Streets puts music tours in the palm of your hand. Download for FREE from the App Store.

This is a really good premise for an app. I hope it continues to grow. Manchester has a very rich history of music. I mean for a city to produce Oasis, Joy Division and The Smiths is pretty spectacular! Equally, I think my hometown of Birmingham would offer some cool locations for the app (Black Sabbath, Duran Duran, Ocean Colour Scene, UB40, Jeff Lyne of ELO to name a few). I'd download it but it's not on google play store :(
Thank you! Birmingham is definitely on the list of future Cities.
We will definitely have the app available for Android as soon as we're able.
Amazing. I'll try to visit all those places on my next trip to Manchester. What a beautiful city. Do you know if one can enter the DM house? Greets from Chile :D
The Definitely Maybe house is a private residence, so it's unfortunately not open to the public. There's lots to see around there, though! Download Singing Streets from the App Store to see it all! Cheers.
