Thanks. I have already made the decision to buy the complete setup. Your video helped me further to push out the guilty feeling of such a hefty purchase 😉
LOVE that strap! 78€ is a bit beyond what I’m willing to spend on a strap right now, so I cheaper out and got a similar (but not as nice) $25 strap from Amazon, but will be coming back to this one in the future!
Understandeable! It was an impulse purchase for me and while i don't regret it (it's seriously nice!), the price is still to high. I hope it will last ages though, so I can use it for generations of cameras down the road!
I've spent $1,650 US on my X100Z. For me, I'm going to spend a little more money on this strap so that I keep that "premium" feeling of ownership of this camera. Well done video with excellent accessories!
Thanks again for another great video. I have resisted the lens converters so far but have it still in mind to get them. I have the x100s along side many other cameras. But I just really seem to enjoy using the range finder style of the Fuji more than any other style. I too have eschewed the case and lens cap for the same adapter jjc long ago without regret. I love the images produced but I just find the camera a joy to use. The only small dislike I have is there isn't any image stabilisation.
If it had image stabilisation it would be completely over for all my other cameras. I hope they manage to cram that in there for the next iteration. And yeah, I totally agree: Fujis range finder camera just feel very natural and comfortable to use. I have started to use my X-T30 more for photography recently, but still prefer the X100 just for how it feels to use. Its an awesome line of cameras.
Not sure if that will work as well as other filters since a polarizer has a loose element, but I guess it would still work good enough in most situations. I don't think this camera is suited for heavy downpour situations either way
You do some no nonsense great videos but could you please drop that back round music. I sometimes watch you on my iPad and that music is really loud and distracting and really isn’t necessary. Thanks again for some great content.
Lots of good choices here, pro mist filters, 28mm lens, quality leather strap. Nice production values too TT. Stay well all.
Thanks, you too!
The camera is not marketed as being "waterproof", as stated in the video. It's weather resistant. Those are two different things.
Your Leica vs Fuji helped me when deciding to buy the X100V. Now I’ve got a load of accessories to buy! Thanks.

Been there as well, but for me the purchase was well worth it. Still does hurts the wallet though 😅. Have fun with your new setup when you get it ;)

…also, the x100v has features like a built in ND and a leaf shutter, that other fujis don’t have.
I like the camera. But I love the watch. Sinn 104. You sir have good taste lol
Great video. Always enjoy your content.
Thanks!
Excellent video, Tobis. Keep it up.
Nice selection! I also love the NiSI filter system for x100v, it looks so cute on my x100v
Thanks! I might have to check those out at some point
I love my nisi filter!! Just wish I could have a hood on too 😂
Thanks as always!
awesome vid man! lots of cool xmas present ideas!
Thanks man!
Excellent review; I'm planning to buy the camera soon so just what I needed to know. Thanks much for your effort & sharing of this review. Take care.
Thank you for all of wonderful information. I can’t find the list of items you spoke of….is there not one? Be well
So the filter adapter is needed to get any filter on? Or is it possible to screw it on directly on to the lens?
Read on some Amazon reviews that the JJC uv and lens hood can get in the way of close focusing, have you experienced this? Nice video.
Great video! My x100v is coming tomorrow can’t wait! I was triggered though by the shot of your wet x-t30 which isn’t weather sealed! Haha
Yeah right? Is the first thing I thought, I hope that x-t30 still working well :D
Great video! Very useful! Thanks!
Also. A thumb test I find helps.
Would love to try one, but the ones I have seen so far looked kind of like a cheap afterthought. Do you have any recommendations for a good brand?

How much light do you lose with those converters? A stop? A half stop?

What a great video presentation :)
Thanks, appreciate it! :)
Hi. Does the WCL/TCL fit while the weather sealing is attached to the lens?
I can’t find the link for the thumpgrip
When you showed the X-T30 covered in rain droplets, I had to wince as I had a Canon that suffered from the same and it cost me a pricey service.
No issues thus far. The X-T30 is probably the camera I abuse the most and it has never let me down :)
So you don't use filters for wcl anf tcl???
Is it possible to weather seal this camera with a circular polarizer filter instead of a UV filter?
Not sure if that will work as well as other filters since a polarizer has a loose element, but I guess it would still work good enough in most situations. I don't think this camera is suited for heavy downpour situations either way
I was looking around for reviews for this camera and came across this channel, what a hidden gem, i guess i'm a subscriber now!
Eyyy that a Sinn 104 I see at @9:22? 👀😍
I bought the tiffen pro mist also, but I hate the constant rattle of it. Is it just mine?
Mine doesn't rattle at all... you might have gotten a bad one. I hope Tiffen will take care of it for you!
Can I use any kind of filter or has it to be a “waterprotection” filter?
Just buy a good quality, name-brand filter. There's no such thing as a water protection filter. Any filter will protect your lens against water.
@6:29 does the hood you attach here vignette with the wide?
I haven't noticed any issues.
Best flash for x100v ?
Don’t buy the Tiffin filter on eBay as there’s loads of fakes out there.... buy them from your local camera store

Welcome to my hell! Lol!! Loosening filters!
Which Sinn is that? Wrist roll
104 St Sa I ;)
I am watching this on youtube, but I still see zebras on your forehead
Soften the lighting on your face, it's mega harsh.
Agreed, sry bout that.
Brown strap with the black fuji is like brown shoes with a black belt... = no taste !
Großkotziger Tonfall, dämliches Verhalten wie Kamera ohne Deckel einstecken. Nicht jeder, der eine Videokamera hat, sollte öffentlich Videos posten...
Nicht jeder der kommentieren kann, sollte kommentieren..
It’s a camera, fool - NOT a fashion statement! Your life must be quite sad...
Wow
