He could just phase through the all civilians or alternatively if they want to be fancy about it they could have an animation of the speedster auto dodging around them (this would take alot of effort and to be honest I think its possible if spiderman already has that for environmental objects).
No. Its been already confirmed in the comic book that the speedforce protects not only the user but also the people that the user interacts, which why Flash can freely touch or even carry people at Mach 50 without worrying about them bursting into piece
I'd kill for a Flash game. He is my favorite superhero, and I think this could introduce some impressive new mechanics into video-games. Sonic Frontiers already proved Super-Speed is possible, imagine adding in things like the various abillities speedsters can do. Maybe even time travel?

You think spidey is actually gonna have trouble wrecking fisk if we got access to his full range of strength? Point being, make a concentration meter that goes down the more you use flash time, make it automatically refill, or refills the faster you go along with a combo meter. As for collision, it's simple in concept: Phasing if you're fast enough, if you hit a building then you go up it, again entirely velocity based, same for water mechanics, and lastly if it's people or otherwise interactable objects, phasing works if you're fast enough but depletes concentration, otherwise you'll get hit with rebound and have to move temporarily slow while you heal, of course you take damage from that too. That last point works pretty much for everything in the game, except maybe make 2 bars, and have the concentration bar for speed based abilities and a combo bar for things like lightning throw, enhanced physical capabilities.. like the uh.. absolute punch or whatever you call it, and maybe idk.. whatever other fighting abilities flash has. Point is, it's entirely possible. Is it difficult? Absolutely. Am I understating the difficulty? Pretty much. Then again if people can make high ass quality games, they can use a little ingenuity and make a decent flash game.
I feel like something potentially like sonic frontiers would work for a flash mainly talking about leveling flash up to we're he goes fast maybe have some time trials and stuff like that

But Sonic frontier proved it wrong, that game is the exemple that making a game about a character that runs at like Mach 50 is not impossible
This is more like a mod for if spiderman was as powerful and as fast in the game as he is in the comic. Full power flash would 100% be too much for a game. Didn’t he break the speed of light by like 9 million times once lol how is anyone supposed to deal with that. Even moving a 0.0001% the speed of light would be too fast, let alone the speed of fucking light. Or fucking 9 million times faster than it 😂
