Don't get me wrong, your TIG work is great, but out here in Aust, we can buy spun metal donuts made out of mild steel, stainless, and aluminium in many different diameters. Spun metal donuts make fabricating complex bends easy without all of the hassle dealing with pie cuts. I dont understand why people spend so much time with P/cuts, when there are faster and neater fabricating materials available.

I wish I had you in my back pocket, I have to come up with a short aluminum air intake that will start as 4.5" round tube at the throttle body, transition to oval then pie cut oval vertical down about 54 degrees where it will transition back to round at the filter. the oval equivalent of 4.5" in this case from the materials I've found is 3"x5.125"
