I couldn't always walk away so easily but God certainly punished my enemies. I just hope they learned their lesson. This was a good motivating talk, tho. You have a gift for connecting with people

Ouch. That's on point. You're right if you don't blend anymore with the people around you, just leave and find a new place which suits you more.

Im the King of letting go, girlfriend. I keep a small circle, of family n my APA teams. Most other i keep at arms distance. Cos most aren't worth the trouble n you're right...your energies should be aligned. Vibes n chemistry are key. When they are there you fight for the relationship. ❤

All people are flawed so we shouldn't evaluate ourselves based on solely on what they think. We should evaluate ourselves through the eyes of a perfect being, which is God.
    From 1 Thessalonians 2:4
So we speak, not to please man, but to please God who tests our hearts.

Hello Ella. I don't know if it was some kind of fate that your video appeared on my YT page. The title made me curious, so I watched it. What can I say? What you describe has been bothering me for years. Unfortunately, I recognized the causes and consequences too late. Be it through stress or repression. Suddenly you realize that you are only governing in life instead of leading. The only difference for me is that it's less about the people around me. I quickly realized that anyone who isn't good for me should disappear. But unfortunately that only works to a limited extent - especially at work, it's not always easy to act like that. I also had strokes of fate, injuries, stress... until one day three years ago. I woke up in the morning and felt that something was wrong with me. To put it briefly: depression. My body was paralyzed, but my head worked. But the communication between them was no longer there. I have now realized that I have to change something! This emptiness, lack of energy and yes, even the discouragement must first be overcome. And that becomes increasingly difficult at a certain point. Because changing jobs or even quitting completely also entails risks and causes fear. Which path should you take? All of this, in a situation like this, is toxic. It is difficult or even impossible to get out of it alone. I could tell you so much more about it, because the topic is almost endless and the experiences learned from it. I can't remember the last time I was really happy, laughed... and you want to get out of it! But it's difficult if you don't recognize where you are heading early enough.

@@Lucky381973 you don’t have to suddenly quit. Just take your time. Find something you think you’d be happy waking up to do, you can start it as a hustle while working your full time job. And once you make some money out of that hustle you can turn it to full time and quit that toxic work . And also just thinking about how much you hate this job every day won’t improve your mental health. So instead of only focus on bad things, try to think about good things like how you can add values to the people doing this or just thinking that you are grateful for it because it at least pays your bills. Not saying you have to like it but it’s about shifting the perspective while you are there. Bc remember everything is a reflection of your thoughts. I would also suggest therapy, it’s nice to be able to talk to someone who can guide you to a better way. You’ve got this!💓💓👏
