What you describe has been bothering me for years. Unfortunately, I recognized the causes and consequences too late. Be it through stress or repression. Suddenly you realize that you are only governing in life instead of leading. The only difference for me is that it's less about the people around me. I quickly realized that anyone who isn't good for me should disappear. But unfortunately that only works to a limited extent - especially at work, it's not always easy to act like that. I also had strokes of fate, injuries, stress... until one day three years ago. I woke up in the morning and felt that something was wrong with me. To put it briefly: depression. My body was paralyzed, but my head worked. But the communication between them was no longer there. I have now realized that I have to change something! This emptiness, lack of energy and yes, even the discouragement must first be overcome. And that becomes increasingly difficult at a certain point. Because changing jobs or even quitting completely also entails risks and causes fear. Which path should you take? All of this, in a situation like this, is toxic. It is difficult or even impossible to get out of it alone. I could tell you so much more about it, because the topic is almost endless and the experiences learned from it. I can't remember the last time I was really happy, laughed... and you want to get out of it! But it's difficult if you don't recognize where you are heading early enough.
