It has been confirmed by TGC staff that lore wise, the 3D birds and the paper crane birds are the same, but they can't make all of the birds into the 3D birds as that would take too much processing time or something.
By the way, I think turtles are amphibians, and the translucent mantas are called memories (like how the birds in flight paths are called light) just basing these things off the spirits's names Light whisperer, memory whisperer, bird whisperer, whale whisperer, manta whisperer

oreo can be found in the puzzle area of daylight prairie (the platform which you need 8 ppl to light up). Basically you can summon oreo with other sky kids and even ride on him🥺.
