I just bought a scooter from joyer and my heart sank when a piece was broken off. There was also some kind of computer chip in the package that I can't identify. I emailed the after sale email on the website. Does any one know how long they usually take to respond?

Frustrating to get any kind of help from this specific brand joyor, my problem is that the LCD throttle only powers on when plugged-unplugged whether the charging port or the 5 pin connector, when it's powered on works flawlessly but once powered off I have to repeat the same process plug-unplug, it started happening after replacing the headlight, now the lights can be turned on/off even when the scooter is powered off

Error is also due to the lights being on without you hitting the power button on the remote. I thought I had an issue but turns out you just need to press the start button on the remote and the lights will stay on and you won't get an error 6

Hi 3 years ago I bought quickvolt 8. Few months ago my LCD (type QS S4)broke. So I bought a new one (type: LH 100-which is compatible with 48 v battery). So the thing is that it gives me type 6 error when I plug it in. The thing is there are no wire or battery problems...how do I know??? well when I put the old LCD everything is good no problems no nothing (my old LCD is good just a piece of plastic broke from the lever that s all). But when I put the new LCD it gives me the error. Can you help me?? What can I do?? I dont think I need to check the wires(the wires are fine since the old LCD works).

@@NINJAGaming-zh1bp I didnt. I fixed the handle on the old LCD. I tried to return the new LCD but they didnt want to give my money back. I think I still have the piece idk. Or maybe I gave it to the buyer when I sold the scooter (a year ago).

Hello question, e-006 error. We use it even raining as school service. After a week weve been experiencing e-006. We opened and notice just a little moist we suspect due to getting wet from rain. That is why we open to check wires and see no problems except a lil moist no burnt or cut wahtever. We blow dry heat it as well. We check throttle open it as well no problem. But still experience it. But now when we open the headlight it triggers e-006. What do u suggest is the problem?
Btw we dont use it anymore when its raining because it's too delicate to water.

i bought earlier brand new electric scooter the brand is (DOUBLE D VA400), then today is my 1st ride..then E-6 also appeared when I tried to click my throttle and do not work..but from my 3 try, it's back to E-0 and it works..

Que primero revises a ver si no hay algún cable dañado en todo el sistema eléctrico, si no es un cable dañado, hay de 2 sopas, es el modulo de las luces ( el Modulo Negro) o el Controlador ( Modulo Gris), el recomienda que hables al fabricante del tuyo y que pidas estos 2 módulos, que a el le tardaron en llegar una semana, ya que los tengas que los remplaces y con eso debe estar funcionando de nuevo

a ustedes el E-006 hace que no acelere el scooter o que sintomas tienen? en mi caso lo he visto en ocasiones andando el error ese en el display, pero sigue funcionando correctamente, solo parpadea unas 2 veces de vez en cuando andando y despues se quita solo.
