1st Types Troubleshooting :

I just received my mantis with "error 09" flashing. Only the front wheel spins. Is this an easy fix? Please help
My wolf Warrior 11 plus having a strange prob. The throttle works by itself I don't have to press it. I have already changed 3 throttles but the prob is there. the only way I stop the scooter is by pressing the brakes but as soon I release the brakes it jumps back again. Any idea what's wrong?
Hi,it could be that the main display cable is crushed, you can replace it with a new one to see if that fixes it.
My kaabo 10lite plus suddenly shutdown. And when i plug in to the charger It turn on and after i remove again it will turn off. But full charge. Please help me to this issue. Thanks
i had error 10 on my base version mantis 10, i messed around with the contacts under the plate where the battery box is, but it was none of them, it was the contact on the LCD screen cable at the top closest to the LCD, unplugged it and plugged it back, and boom, it works as good as before. keep posting good repair videos for us thanks.

@@Kaaboofficial okay thanks I've done load's of research for some reason there's no video on error code 10. I live in a city and there's not one shop left open that even repairs electric scooters it's getting bad

Hello！There are two ways to troubleshoot：
1、Please check whether the speed limit value in the display P9 is 100, if not, please adjust it to 100.
2、If the speed is still at 26 kph after adjustment, it may be the controller internal speed limit, you can open the front cover of the pedal and unplug the controller speed limit wire.

I have went back and forth with kaabo support about my scooter they shipped me with "E 09"
I have took apart scooter as i was told and did everything they told me to do. Their solution is to put cooking oil on motor hub. How does that fix the controller issue?
I have the same e9 error, only front wheel spins, (back wheel has vibration and resistance) any fix thus far?

No. Their customer support is pure garbage. The person I have been communicating with, responds with the most broken english. I assume the person is from China and the emails are translated for them. They have not apologized once for anything. I would never recommend kaabo, solely based on customer support.
@@KK-go5pf by the way. My issue is the back motor not working. The temporary fix I have found for me is turn the scooter on and off until the "E 09" no longer shows on the display. Once it is gone the scooter works just fine. But once you turn it off again, you'll have to cycle the power again.

@@exodus8910 I don't think there is anything to fix it. Other than have them send you a new controller for the scooter. They sent me a new controller, but I haven't installed it yet to know if the issue is resolved.
You can try turning the scooter on and off a bunch and see if it works temporarily.
