Looks like part 4 never showed up. I've been riding/racing my 1995 US model RMX for over a year and can say these bikes will hold their own againt the modern bikes just fine.
I was lucky enough to ride at Shawn Giles place a long time ago and sitting in the garage was a brand new RMX 250 and he was like "take it for a spin".
12 months and no part 4 @ADB? Wtf boys. All that hype and work to not see it get ridden.. I think you blokes owe it to Boydy to have that thing do a shoot out against some late 2 stroke katos.
Bike turned out great, well done! Any chance you can find a part number on the expansion chamber? I’ve been hunting for a pro-circuit that will fit for over a year. Cheers
do any of you guys know which model of 97 RMX 250 has a external 2T container for the 2T Pump (read on some forum people calls it Automix) been looking for more info about it but couldn't find anything or even any service manual with it... its 90% stock except the exhaust system
How did you go getting it registered with that muffler? It doesn't appear to be standard or quiet. I've an RMX250s, same year and although mine is a Suzuki muffler I don't think it's the street approved one.
Why would you go to the extent you did on this bike and not at least throw some paint on the frame and engine, I've done several dirt bike restorations and it's not that much additional work, why cut corners when you've already got so much time and money into the project, that is a sweet bike now even without the spray paint.
Well done fellas, owned an rmx for 10 years, still regret selling it, cool to see the old school bike getting some love
Part 4 pleaseeeeeee been waiting so long 😂
Looking forward to seeing part 4

Where can a guy find the service/repair manual for this? Looking at rebuilding this exact bike but wanna know the torque specs.
Where did you get that new kick starter? Does the rm250 kick starter fits to RMX250?
Where did you source engine parts like the crank etc from?
Where did you guys get the graphics from? I’ve been looking all over and only found one decent looking kit for this bike (mine is a 96)

What rear fender did you use?
Where's part IV? The ride
is there a part 4
Where did you get your oem parts ?
Suzuki Australia supplied the OEM parts needed for the build.
What's bhp on that compared to rm250?
Beautiful project! I wish there is signal light. Because here in California you can ride it but have signal light so that legal on street 🤔
