      He counts the seconds...idea is to get 12 reps in 16secs.

      There must be some reason behind some counting. Person's raps flow may tend to get slow due to weight. But counting fast may help him to keep the speed steady. That only guruji know.

    sir plz improve 2 things while making a such good video, firstly plz stop background noises we can't hear ur important tips neither the sound is clear and secondly plz change ur cameraman he always focused on Mukesh bhai's arms , very bad videography !!

    Inspite of being an highly experienced bodybuilder, Mukesh ji never says a single word in front of Guruji , he is doing workout as per the instructions... Formerly ,When I don't know about mukeshji & guruji, after seeing these videos,I thought Mukeshji might be dum(how fool I was, now feel sorry for me😂)... Huge respect to both❤️❤️🙏

    Sir thanks for educate exercise. Sir aap ki suggestion chahiye main Ek saal se exercise kar rha hun kar rha hun par main just a weight nhi utha pata hun. Flat bench press me 10kg biceps me 5kg etc. Kya karu plz guide me. Thanks

    Guru ji voice ka kuch karo hum aapko bahot chaahte hai or saath me aapki tips ko bhi, par video me sach me bahot baar samjh nahi aata ki kya kahna chaahte ho or mujhe aapke kahe hue ek ek shabd sahi se sunne hai main apki tips ko miss nahi karna chahta, isliye guru ji voice ka toh kuch karo jugad jisse video dekhe to jo aap bata rahe ho wo pura achhe se samjh aaye. Aap mere adarniy ho agar koi baat galt lagi ho to chhama karna.
