I recently just subscribed! I am new to fly fishing as of this year. I will be targeting Striped Bass in PEI, Canada soon once our season opens on April 15th! always a good show but it was Jim McKay who opened ABC Wide World of Sports with "spanning the globe to bring you the constant variety of sports" and "the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat." Gowdy had hosted The American Sportsman and was famous for many of sports broadcasts.
