How do you keep your line from bullwhip cracking? And snapping off the fly?

That usually happens if you make a casting stroke before the fly line has fully unrolled behind you on the previous casting stroke. Usually a slightly longer pause will solve that problem.

Gotta say the editing style with Farbank makes videos so hard to watch. No fluidity, it becomes this segmented piece with obnoxious music. Quite a shame really.
