I like how this channel is so professional, it takes you through every tiny bit of the build for stupid people like me so this looks easy apart from the fact of gathering resources 😹 But the lil RB and Y tips at the bottom of the screen really helped!

Dude this house is sick. My tribe and I have been living in it for 2 months now! We added a greenhouse, dino gates (1 per side), personal flyer landing pads for the upstairs bedrooms, furnished. powered, and stocked. It looks great and we still have so much space with 80+ tames living in or around the house. Thanks for the video!

This is my first large build on ark I’m happy with the outcome and it was so easy because you literally explain everything slowly so we can catch it all
This was the first video I have been able to follow. I love that all the material is listed so it’s faster to build.
I don't have time to start this build yet, but just looking at the video has me excited! It's laid out very well and super easy to follow! So much better than other channels on TH-cam. Can't wait to start this!!

Just did this build yesterday. Made me learn of the importance of SNAP POINTS. I almost screwed it up cause I wasnt paying attention. But thank God fir your step by step process. Kept me from just building a box. Love all of your stuff.
i made the house like 4 years ago watching your tutorial, now i started again and was now building a base. I searched for like an hour to get to this video and i´m fucking hyped, to build this master piece again. Ty for the awesome building tutorial
I’m about 1/3 of the way through this build and i am loving it :)
Built this in the server I game on, RPFirst. It was a little (a lot) too large for me being solo but it was fun to build. My only tip for players is to pay attention when placing walls and ceilings to make sure they snap properly. Nothing hurts more than it looking good inside and then finding things poking through on the outside. I will say, players from every walk of life stopped at my house and were shocked at the quality. "You did this with raw materials by yourself?" I have some beautiful screenshots of it too. Best house hands down, especially if you have more than 2 people in your group. The interior gives you room to modify. Add some ceilings inside to make additional floors. Smaller rooms. Etc. So many options to personalize it, it was great. Saw someone build a similar place and they turned it into a hotel.

One of the best how to build video in games that I have ever seen. Very clearly explained, good Visuals, not too fast and not too slow. Just near perfect (though possible talking trough it would have made it slightly faster and even more clear to understand.) Very nice video :)

i made this on my prim plus server honestly in love, i used glass walls and separated the rooms up a lil turned top floor into a pub and bedrooms, 2nd floor is a war seating zone, and base is a workshop area lol i also used the stair way from prim the flat ones not the spiral stairs as we always have an issue of getting stuck ahaha

Love the build, I was able to build it myself as well ^^ though i couldnt seem to find the second snap point on the pillar, no matter where i moved. I thankfully found a workaround though by taking away and putting back the foundation xP

All in all, this is an amazing house! I just finished building it, and it looks spectacular... But you seem to be over counting or under counting how many of a specific structure you need.

awesome, the nov 6th video I had something similar planned with the area for my rented server as well with that same spot. I'm building a whole community area there with a barn, community hotel like area, and a gated area like similar to what you shown in whats coming up. This was a good build, more room than you'll ever need, easy to assemble and it looks sharp. Still not enough room for an industrial forge though. Those things are huge.

I am halfway through the build on single player mode and it looks great. Keep having to do a rock run though and there is never enough stones around lol. I will be so happy when its finished.

Also, since everybody is tossing out suggestions on what to build next, figure I'll try my hand at one as well. xD How about a Rock Drake pen? With an area to incubate the eggs via AC's and perches or something. I figure it'd be a pretty huge build though so I dunno. Maybe just the egg part, like a little hatchery for them and move the babies out before they get too big to fit in the building. xD I dunno, I don't have the creative genius you do so I'll leave it at that. ;)

If you put wooden pillars on the corner of the roof in the center it lines up perfectly with the bottom porch’s far corners - adds a small touch of design as well as makes it look like it’s actually a stable upper porch XD
