When one of your Super Bowl winning head coaches goes on to have a coaching tree that has a two time Super Bowl winning head coach in it who then has gone on to have 11 of his underlings become head coaches in the NFL…that’s how you know you have an incredible coaching tree.
Fantastic video once again! I appreciate the shorter length of the coaching tree, it was nice and concise. I would like to see some stories that are just historical, like a super deep dive. I don't know what that would be, but I'm sure you have a few ideas.
Mike Shanahan was the Head Coach of the Raiders in 1988/1989 and wouldn’t join Seifert as an OC until 1991. So you’re right, but for my purposes I didn’t include any coaches who were already a head coach beforehand
He was a defensive coordinator for George Seifert at one point who comes from Bill Walsh but it wasn't enough to meet my preset criteria to be considered part of his tree. But technically you are correct!
You know… I’m really not sure. This video came out well before the Gruden news that got him fired, so I would’ve had no reason not too. Although I did misspell his name so maybe that’s why!
Hell yeah! Thanks for making this one man! Love it!

FYI George Seifert's last name is pronounced "Sea-fert".
Whoops! I'm terrible at pronouncing names, thanks for letting me know. I'm sure that was annoying a lot of people :)
That's a hell of a legacy.
Love These Kind of videos
Thanks!
