hey great video, the mini does sound pretty good in my opinion on -12 gain. I also would not mind a little wind noise, because i do notice the noise cancelling sort of muffles your voice and engine just a tad. Again this is just my opinion and it does sound great how you have it set up. I have seen another motovlogger on a super sport bike and he uses the DJI mic 2 with -12 gain with no noise cancellation and has flips the mic upside down (dead cat facing your chin) and it picks up the engine great, his voice is clear and less breathy and some slight wind. Overall, you still do have very high quality video and audio! Ride safe brotha!
@@jtekz_ thanks so much! I will try and flip the mic over next time. A little bit of post processing in CapCut really brings out the voice without drowning out the exhaust but for this video, everything was straight out of the camera. Thanks again for your support!
Some other lad tested the DJI mic mini with DJI osmo action 4 and had -12db gain and no noise cancelation also talks about option of Clipping control th-cam.com/video/Oql7XSNs7DY/w-d-xo.html Does OA5P have the same option in there? because his audio sounds a lot better than yours with -12db no noise cancelation and Clipping control ON if you i'd highly reccomend you to use that setup.
@@cube1cze thanks for the feedback. I have clipping control turned on. I may be going a lot faster than this guy. I will keep playing around with different setup variables. A little of post processing on CapCut actually does wonders but I wanted to post straight out of camera
The voice is clear and the explanation is solid, thanks
