    A lot of bull here. At whose expense is Jeffrey doing his so-called sustainable development in which there are theme parks, expensive hotels, golf courses, eating places for a select few who could afford a dollar or two for caviar and wine. Now you have taken away our environment, we have to pay to get into your theme park ? Shouldn't that reporter be asking him ; "Are you not destroying the environment indirectly by what you are doing ?"

      i sense jealousy here..i wonder if you are in his position..would u be worrying about all this..development is what create money..and that money goes around circle until it gets to u without u even notice it..bcoz u r hypocrite
